25.01.2022 25 December 2020 will be the day this year the bins stay put!!! Let him loose on Christmas Eve instead!! There will be no rubbish or recycling services on Christmas Day so our amazing staff can have a day with their families. If Friday would normally be your bin day this week remember to pop your bins out Thursday morning by 5am for collection. ... Merry Christmas all from the Avon Waste Team

14.01.2022 The Boss found this little guy hiding between the rubbish bins today, looks like he may have been hit by a vehicle He’s currently getting the once over by the awesome staff at Swans Vet and then he will be off to a wildlife carer for a hopeful recovery so he can return to the wild. Cute and friendly little dude, speedy recovery

14.01.2022 Christmas is coming and there’s a few small changes to the Christmas rubbish service Friday 25th (Christmas Day) there will be NO RUBBISH OR RECYCLING SERVICES we will be servicing your bins on the Thursday 24th (Christmas Eve) instead. Trucks may collect at a different times to normal so ensure your bins are out at 5am.... New Years services remain as per normal. We wish you all a safe and Merry Christmas and will see you in 2021
