03.01.2022 MASSIVE UPDATE!! PLEASE READ!! Welcome to the AVS Gold Coast Boardriders Club Page We have created this page to allow our members exclusive access and updates to upcoming club rounds, future competitions, course opportunities, volunteer work, HPC surf camp opportunities and more. If youre a member, you will be the first to hear about it in the members group before it hits the main page.... Gold Coast Boardriders club will be far more active in terms of competitions, club rounds and social events. Club rounds will be scored by accredited judges. We aim to run at least 7 club rounds per year. Scores for each surfer will be recorded and ranked accordingly. Surfers with the highest scores and commitment will have the opportunity to be sponsored and represent AVS in competitions such as the Kirra Teams Challenge, Sailor Jerry Surf Tag etc. Courses on offer will include First aid, Level 1 coaching, level 1 Judging. Please inform us if you are interested in attending a course to become more involved with AVS. Members who arent yet confident in surfing will still have the opportunity to partake in surf lessons with a surf school or one of our dedicated surf coaches who will be joining the club soon. We are looking to create shirts specifically made for the Boardriders club for each year. We will post a few designs for 2019 and put it to a vote. We will have our website up and operating within the next week. The website will have all upcoming events, online store and more. Cant wait to bring the new year in, we love everyone involved at the Gold Coast Boardriders club and the direction it is taking. Stay Stoked!! AVS Crew
