This sale had some challenges with COVID impacting during the campaign. The first purchaser had big delays in finance ultimately leading to them missing out on the property after it being under contract for almost a month. We then negotiated a 3 month lease for the vendors to stay in the property while we help them search for their next home. This allowed the sale to go ahead with James & Jess ending up in with a great result for both the vendor and new purchaser.
