18.01.2022 How often have you heard someone say something like I don’t understand why I am so lonely. I bend over backwards to make everyone else happy. Why is it that no one seems to care how I feel? Some people become angry because they think something is expected of them in return, while others would just rather be around someone who seems to be more secure in themselves. Before saying yes to something you’re not sure of. Ask yourself who am I trying to make happy by doing this?... And if the answer is anyone but yourself, you’re playing a losing hand my friend. It’s time to set boundaries that we are comfortable with, over setting them for others. Because happiness breeds happiness. If we can make ourselves truly happy those around us will follow.
