24.01.2022 For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them. Matthew 18:20 Tuesday’s Adoration and Prayer night has been amazing - a beautiful night spent in communion with the Holy Spirit. We have Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, so if you would like to come and sit in His Presence and pray, come along to St Mary’s Church, every Tuesday night 7pm-8.30pm.

24.01.2022 It is with great excitement that Awaken Night is back! The Queensland Government announced the lockdown in the the Greater Brisbane Region ended on 11th of January 2021 with some precautions to remain till the next announcement (22nd January). As of now this means we can re-commence our monthly Awaken gathering. The next Awaken Night will be on Saturday, 6th February 2021. It promises to be an explosive night of healings, miracles, signs and wonders! Come and listen to the Word of God and soak in His Spirit!

Bring your children along to be activated in the power of the Holy Spirit, to learn how to live as good Christian children, how to listen to the voice of God during their day and much, much more. In July, the demand for the 2 Awaken sessions were high and due to so many people missing out, we had to find a different venue to cater for a larger number, while adhering to the COVID restrictions. 17.01.2022 On Sunday 17th January 2021, Rising Youth Ministry (RYM) kicked off their first gathering for the year. We had a blast!! There were games, talks, singing and dancing to some of our favourite action songs. We were blown away by the youth’s knowledge of the Bible, amazing sense of joy, enthusiasm and especially their love for God. The lessons the youths learnt will certainly help them in their life.

15.01.2022 CANCELLATION OF AWAKEN NIGHT 5th SEPT 2020 With new COVID cases in the Brisbane area being announced over the past week, sadly we have made the difficult decision to cancel this Saturday’s Awaken night (5th Sept 2020). Because you are IMPORTANT to us and we LOVE you, your good health and safety is our priority. These are uncertain times. With the possibility of a second COVID outbreak, we must exercise precautions and remain trusting in the Sacred Heart of Jesus. In the ...meantime, we will be keeping you all in our thoughts and prayers and look forward to seeing you soon. We encourage you to trust in God and pray. Psalm 91 is a good Psalm to pray for protection from evil as we navigate through these difficult times. Do not underestimate the power of prayer. 15.01.2022 It is with great excitement that we announce our very first Acacia Ridge Parish Mass in collaboration with Awaken, commencing Sunday 7th February at 5pm at Our Lady of Fatima Church. Imagine a mass that is filled with the presence of our precious Holy Spirit through every part of our prayer and worship. Just imagine the family longing to go to mass each week and connect with God in such a powerful way. Well it is finally here and what is more powerful than when we join togeth...er as a community to celebrate the Eucharist. When we celebrate Mass, we are giving thanks for the victory of the cross and the power and anointing within the precious Body and Blood of our Lord Jesus Christ. It is time to change the way we do church and the Holy Spirit is waiting to break forth and pour into our spirits as we unite together and meet with Him. Come along and partake as a community and be reminded of the power of prayer of the community in Acts where they joined together in prayer. ‘...and enable your servants to speak your word with all boldness. Stretch out your hand to heal and to work signs and wonders through the name of Jesus your holy servant. When they had prayed, the place where they were gathered together shook and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak the word of God boldly.’ Acts 4:29-31 How incredible! This happened at a time after the first Pentecost where they continually came together in prayer to regain strength and boldness. We have been given a beautiful gift, so join with us weekly to celebrate our parish mass in collaboration with Awaken!

Some testimonies from the night : My body was flooded with the presence of the Holy Spirit, granting me peace and clarity. I am left feeling renewed and focused. Truc Thanks to Steffanie’s teachings through the Holy Spirit, all my worries were stripped away because I surrender all to Jesus.
