24.01.2022 Meditation changed my life and I know of so many other stories where others have found the same magic in meditation. Meditation helps us find a deeper connection to self. It stills the monkey mind and allows us to connect to our clarity, to our intuition. When we shut out the noise of our mind and the world around us we can hear what it is that we really want or need and how we really feel. ... It allows us to see our truth.
