24.01.2022 Kilcoy State School has kicked off their anthology theme. An all fantasy tale called, What Lies Beneath Kilcoy. There are some great ideas floating around, and the students are eager to jump in and begin their tales.

23.01.2022 Delaneys Creek State School kicked off their manuscript in computers today, with many jumping head first into their imagination. It has been a successful day, with many creative stories beginning to emerge. Well done to all students and as always, it's been a fun day. :)

22.01.2022 When one of the students give me a plug in their author bio... "I have also written a book and published it in The Secret Chronicles of Delaneys Creek. It’s called Sucked in. CHECK IT OUT IT’S AMAZING! Also, read Kylie’s book it’s called Trinity." Too cute!

19.01.2022 Delaneys Creek State School has begun their writing adventure with a curious creature theme. Some great ideas getting thrown around and I'm excited to see what they all create. This years anthology title will be, Curious Creatures of Delaneys Creek.

18.01.2022 Today is week 4 working online with the writing class at, Toogoolawah State High School. They're already sending through some great beings to their stories. And WOW. Just WOW. I can't wait for school to start up again so we're in class. I think they're all going to be amazing as I'm already in awe. I hope everyone is doing well.

13.01.2022 I'm so excited to share this amazing news. Nicki and Cameron from, Hobarts Garage are sponsoring the Kilcoy State School students by purchasing them all a copy of the anthology they take part in this year. WOW! Right! Such an amazing gesture. They're a long time supporter of my business. Their generosity was recieved with so much excitement yesterday when I told all the students. Thank you, for supporting children's reading and writing.

12.01.2022 Luckily today I had a scribe, whom happens to only be 10 and writes far better than I do, on the whiteboard. But, Toogoolawah State School has not disappointed with the year five students delving into their anthology theme, fantasy and a quest. The title still hasn't been decided as the students wanted to think about more possible options for their epic novel to come. :) Have a great weekend everyone

11.01.2022 Today at Woodford P-10 State School the kids stories were shared amongst their fellow class mates for constructive advice and ideas. Many great entertaining stories were told. #TeamAwesome

06.01.2022 On Wednesday the students at, Woodford P-10 State School began the possibilities of ideas for, fractured fairytales. I can't wait to read what they've come up with so far. This years anthology is called, #Enchantford As you can see, I wasn't taught the art of whiteboard writing. Is this something one must go to university to learn? :D

05.01.2022 Good morning all you awesome followers :D I have exciting news. I've designed an, Awaken Imaginations company shirt. I've been bouncing up and down waiting for the visual and it's finally here. Now, these are available for sale. They'll be $20- $22 depending on payment options. They're also going to be available in children's, womens and mens (another visual to come.) If you're interested in one, please comment on this post with your preferred make and size. If you wish to ke...ep it private, by all means message me :) at the moment the shirts will be only black, unless there is more interest in other colours. So, please give your opinion. The first order will be made on Monday, the shirts will take 2-3 weeks to arrive. Thanks you And if you know of others that may be interested please tag them. Children sizing is as regular might be from size 8 and up. Women- small, medium, large, xl etc Same as mens. I'll have size charts later this afternoon. 04.01.2022 The Kilcoy SS students all put on their author face today as I took their photos and signatures. This is when it begins to feel real to them, especially now we went over cover ideas and designs ready to send to, Gray Creations. This cover idea is awesome.

01.01.2022 We had a massive victory yesterday with a number of students from, Kilcoy SS finishing their first rough draft for their stories. With defeat, come loss as a few students also lost ALL their saved work :( This is why we should not venture into the unknown, like using short keys before knowing what they do :p But, it's all good. We still have plenty of time, and must soldier on like the champs they are. Thanks for a great day.

01.01.2022 As always it's been a great day with the students at, Woodford P-10 State School. The year 6's are off to camp next week, so the year 5's get me all to themselves.
