25.01.2022 READY FOR 2021 ?? Let's begin with a plan. Write out your vision in detail and add to it daily. Give it strength, feelings and purpose. Everyday describe your goals; if it's a car give it a make, model, colour and age. The universe is waiting to bring you exactly what your heart desires, so give it an exact recipe for your HAPPINESS. How would it look, smell and taste. You can have too many goals.... How exciting and fulfilling your life can be when you tune into your heart's desires. Share your ideas in the comments below. 19.01.2022 3 TIPS TO INSTANTLY IMPROVE YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH YOUR SON OR DAUGHTER Are you struggling with your relationship with your daughter or son ? Do you feel like you just can’t say the right thing or do the right amount ? We've all been there. Sometimes communicating with our kids can feel like hitting our heads against a brick wall. It can feel like they don't respect us or show the affection and love we crave. If you've ever struggled with this, here's some tips... 1. Fill your own cup with more self-love Often, we look to our kids to make us feel loved, which inevitably leaves us feeling empty. When we fill our own cup FIRST, our kids don't feel the pressure or neediness from us and can feel free to love us in THEIR way. When you fill your cup with self-love, you no longer need this from your kids in the same way. 2. Step back and observe their struggles, their challenges without judgement or trying to step in and fix it. As parents we often see our kids struggling and the tendency is to want to "fix" them. Be aware of stepping over their boundaries. They don't need our judgement. 3. Next time you see them...... silently send them love.....don’t get hooked in. Only offer to do what you are willing to do without resentment sneaking in. Remember, just as they have boundaries, you have boundaries too. I guarantee it will make a difference. 06.01.2022 Trusting gets easier as l mature. I didn't always trust my capabilities but faith in a Divine Higher Power always led me where l needed to go. I have had amazing teachers guiding and supporting me. Taking my hand when l couldn't see the path. My vision is clear and l have set my intentions for this wonderful New Year. I have to take action to see clearly my direction and purpose. Some things we can do are 1. Spiritual Brain Dump- write it all out... 2. A large cork board. Becomes your Vision with some time spent cutting meaningful pics from magazines and photos of your family and friends. Arrange them on your board or cardboard sheet. Then attach and feel their effect on you. 3. Write out the gifts you desire this year, in detail. Let the universe provide. Please share some of your great ideas or ask for some of mine below. 04.01.2022 GRATITUDE IS THE ANSWER For all you've had, is now and the future. It's the MAGIC glue of your life. As you remember with warmth and joy things you've had; just as importantly what is in your radar for the future. It's always the NEAR future we just have to make it juicy with description and imagination. Make a list of 21 gifts you would love the Universe to provide this year. Fill it with description and clarity. The car.... What Make, Model and colour. The puppy... What bre...ed, colour, sex and name. Now keep that list and let's check it off next January. Share some in the comments . Manifesting is such a positive activity.
