I’m sure we all tell our partners, our children, our friends how much we love them, or how pretty or handsome they look, how clever they are etc etc...but do you do the same thing for yourself? You absolutely should!... I want you to find a mirror pronto, and I want you to look at yourself, really look at yourself, and I want you to say one loving thing about yourself, to yourself. And I want you to feel it. Let your words fill you up, until they come spilling out of your body... because you know what happens next? Those loving words you’ve just said to yourself flow out into the world. And the more loving words you can let flow out, the more loving words will flow back to you. Like attracts like. What we put out, we receive back. But an equally important fact to note, is that our mind responds to two things - the words we tell ourselves, and the pictures we make in our heads. The most important words we can hear, are the words we tell ourselves. It means more to us, because we believe it. We’ve said it! We wouldn’t lie! So start using strong, powerful, uplifting and loving words to yourselves. Turn the pictures in your mind into vibrant and positive images. Then watch your life begin to transform.
