25.01.2022 Channeled from the Council of Crystalline Light {November 2nd 2020} The coming weeks will ask you to choose yourself through the highs and lows. As individuals you may arrive at the acceptance that the events and people in your lives are occurring for the evolution of your Soul, and that of your planet. What is unfolding in your life, is also occurring in the bigger playing field of humanity and earth's evolution. The breathing space, t...ransformation or ease you seek, will arrive firstly within your being. Do not seek it outside of yourself. Do not seek change in the external systems that in some ways, hold you hostage to collective values and beliefs. Your freedom is an inward journey. Freedom requires you to take complete ownership of your energy. How it is flowing, where it is going and where it is growing. The unraveling of your humanness is merely a step on the path of Soul. 25.01.2022 I lit this beautiful handmade candle gifted to me (thank you Narelle), on the weekend. Bringing a little light to the dark of this New Moon in Scorpio just passed. It has been an eventful yet peaceful weekend, spent dissolving energetic threads, ties, ideas, beliefs and contracts that no longer serve my path. Yes, I really do that because everything remains on the subtle level unless we consciously release it . On the physical level this... looked like tearing up 11 journals of writings, channeled guidance, old client notes and heart maps. Deleting old files of courses and mini books I have written and shared over the last 7 years. Cycles have ended. I have felt these endings coming since early October. All endings are a gift. A necessary closure that if you allow it, will bring you closer to living your heart's deepest joy. I trust that the new is landing, piece by piece like a jigsaw in my heart. This week I was reminded of a heart dream that I voiced to my Dad when I was 8 years old . Whilst he chopped wood, he listened as my child heart shared my dream for the community. Not once did he say that what I was envisioning would not be possible. This heart dream is shared by many others who agreed to incarnate at this time. We have each be reconnecting and re-remembering together. Our light shines brighter when we work together. And so it is. Possibilities born out of the mouth of babes. 23.01.2022 How we heal is changing. This has been fascinating to observe this year. If you know you have done a whole lot of work clearing and healing your stories of unprocessed trauma, ancestral pattering and unresolved past lives, healing now becomes much simpler.... Healing is simply a moment too moment choice that you are light (consciousness - alive and awake to life in all its forms). That is not to say that there won't be challenging periods of clearing and healing into the future. Yet these periods will be met with deep acceptance, and a willingness to learn and expand. 16.01.2022 For the past week, I've spent a lot of time weeding my garden. At least twice a day, I've followed the call to sit on the earth, and tend to my little patch . I've come to know these rhythms well. September was spent clearing and decluttering my space. I said goodbye to physical stuff, outer commitments, inner judgements, and old dreams. After the external clearing and release, comes the healing phase. What is healing in me, is bringing ...me into alignment with a version of life that I previously hadn't felt was possible. The seeds of your future Self lay dormant within you. A new seed has awoke in me. And for now it is enough to simply weed my garden. It's not any more complicated than that. I am slowing down for a phase of deeper healing . This is also happening collectively, amongst particular Soul families. The same remembrance has awoken. 14.01.2022 Being not okay is one of the bravest things we can be as a humanity. We can not deconstruct the broken systems of the world, without first being willing to unravel our inner world. Much of what we think, believe, and value, is based on the conditioning we were raised in, and the trauma yet to be unpacked.... To be free, is to be honest about all of the parts of you that are not okay. I see people doing this daily, and it is deeply humbling. Women and men who can say, I am not okay. I often joke to people that they are brave to come and see me. The space I hold is deeply loving, yet it is a love born out of honesty. I share what your Soul is ready to hear. 14.01.2022 Many times I have written of surrender...and still I am humbled to learn more. To acknowledge my Soul's path, step by step I am being guided to let go of all that was created out of old paradigms. And there is A LOT . To accept the Divine light that we are, is to accept that the path ahead is already planned. And it is far more complex than your mind imagines.... To surrender is to trust in this Divine plan. Up until a few weeks ago, I'd estimate that I've been living with 60% trust. Believe you me, my ego had me thinking it was up around 85% . I've been making brave choices this year that have yet again altered the trajectory of daily life. Yet I was ignoring some bigger nudges. Since October I've been allowing a natural process of surrender. Only now in the past week, has peace begun to pervade my being. My heart now has the capacity to allow new choices to be made. Choices that yes, don't make sense, yet I am told, are bringing me into further alignment with my Soul path. These choices are centered on actions that allow peace, presence and purpose to expand within myself, and all beings. Choices that center around self-responsibility for my current state, and the truth my Soul came here to embody. If you allow old realities to dominant your perception, you will continue to participate in a broken reality. As the veils continue to lift, be prepared to see some things your mind many not be ready to accept. As I've shared before, the New Earth is already here. To actively participate in it, you're invited to let your 3D self expand toward who you truly are. This begins with the heart, and your capacity to be unconditional love. Who you are is Light . 13.01.2022 These words are uttered by so many of my beloved clients, whilst in session with me. At the time they may not know it, yet these words are a long awaited portal to a new way of being. When you allow inexplicable tears to be present, you gift yourself the treasure of being seen . Open.... Vulnerable. Soft. Guard down. Masks off. Surrendering to the unknown. There is still so much shame around a women's innate capacity to feel deeply. And much sadness and grief around a woman's inability to connect with herself, her intuition and the wisdom of her body. Deep down, women know how to do this . They know how to create a life in alignment with the vulnerabilities of their wanting for greater peace, ease and beauty. For themselves, and for the betterment of humanity. For you see, the feminine is rising to bring justice and balance for all. 13.01.2022 Energy Guidance Sept 14th - 20th PRESENT TRUTHS To be present is to accept the rising anger, disgust, disappointment, sadness and grief that is rising up through the collective in 2020. It is washing through your physical body . ... This month there are plenty of opportunities to feel angry, with the planet of Mars in retrograde . We will hear things that make our primal blood boil, as more collective shadow is revealed . As the injustices of this world we have co-created together, are further unmasked, wake up to present discomfort. Cancelling Netflix anyone?? I have. Curious about the mediums that strip our children's basic right to safety in their bodies? Willing to be present to your own desensitisation of what is plain wrong? Pay attention to anger this week. To love is to be present to unease in your body. To love is to recognize our conditioned tendency to run, or turn away from the truths that make us feel uncomfortable. This week is giving us countless moments to be present. To stay. To step away from old patterns of distraction, numbing, or running from the truth you are being asked to witness. Get to know the ways you may have become too busy to listen, care, speak up or speak out. Breathe into your belly often, and call upon the courage to remain present. Pain is everywhere. The challenge now is to stay present. Don't disconnect . Love enough to re-establish a connection to your body, as a portal to intuitive, wild and sovereign action. As we move toward a new moon and new cycle of beginnings later this week, do the inner work first. Cut, release, or put a boundary between you and anything that doesn't free you to love. 12.01.2022 There is a lot of talk about letting go with the full moon, yet not a lot about the courage required to do so. It takes immense courage to surrender. To trust in the unseen, and the complete ineffable.... And until we do, we will continue to stay on autopilot. Taking more than we need. Stepping on others to reach the higher shelf. Prioritising screen friends, over the flesh and blood of those present in our lives. Minds hooked into a system that our heart didn't asked for. So when you consider letting go... 10.01.2022 I found this little dude on Monday, whilst tending to the weeds in my garden #caterpillarmedicine Mmmm, it has been a deeply nourishing week for me. I am grateful for Monday's weekly guidance, that nudges us all toward what out heart needs to pay attention to most. This week Day 1 of my cycle began with a mother of a migraine . I've needed to choose self-kindness. Rescheduling clients, slowing down to ground, listening to my heart. ... There has also been a need to hold my cherubs on the deepest of levels. As my mind softens, I often get transported back to a time when indigenous women gathered by the water's edge. ... . Late afternoon, a trip to the skate park for the kids, and I could feel the magic in the sky. . Called to anchor light as the sun went down. 06.01.2022 Early this morning I was channeling my Spirit team. I was asking them questions in the lead up to next week's Energy Collective online gathering. I was shown the multi-streams of consciousness open to each of us, and the energy streams we spend much of our time, unconsciously tuning in to. Most of us know the feeling of being connected to our current reality. Sometimes heavy, sometimes light, often clunky, repetitive or frustrating.... I asked practical questions. I asked for hacks . The answers I received, come back to moving at a pace that allows us to unhook from the streams that keep us asleep. You can push your way to the top, yet when you get there, you'll be sitting on a pile of rubbish. To move into alignment with Soul, you must move slow to catch yourself in the streams/dimensions of consciousness that keep you entangled. Which is interesting given our current spiritual climate. The rush to awaken, devour knowledge, and create. Just for fun, tell yourself that it is safe to do less - imagine a life of doing less. Now notice the way your mind and body respond. 05.01.2022 Six years ago I knew I was ready for some deeper changes. I had experienced a spiritual awakening in 2012, yet my mind and body were still heavily conditioned, and stuck in flight and fright. The idea of following my heart was appealing, but there was little space between my thoughts, to allow the possibility that my heart held its own wisdom . On a whim I purchased a pack of oracle cards. Despite the inner voice that persecuted me for ..."being weird". Those cards were the beginning of a whole new journey of healing. For the first time I was creating space to connect with myself, and my needs. Two years later, I was guided by Spirit to create my own oracle card deck. How the Heart Wisdom or Awakening Women card deck came into reality is quite a story, which I'll save for another time. 02.01.2022 Life is always communicating with you In the past fortnight I've seen three blue tongue lizards. A symbol of navigating life slowly, honouring the sun. As you know I've been weeding my garden a whole bunch lately. I heal with the 4 S's - SLOW, STEADY, SPACIOUS, STILLNESS.... Consequently, last nights online gathering was an epic internet connection fail. I wasn't listening to life. After a big cry, and endless loving and supportive text messages from the 15 women waiting patiently to join me online...I finally got it - again. Slow down. You're doing enough. It's a way of life I began dedicating myself to in 2016. Life became luscious, beauty filled and divine . Last year life sped up . It began moving at a pace completely out of alignment with my unique Soul. This year I came back into alignment. However more recently I've over committed to outward service, at the cost to myself. Tonight I am gifting myself a spot at a dear friends sound and rest session . I am taking care of me, taking care of my family, and taking energetic responsibility for my unique slow flow. 01.01.2022 As I was driving to the @appleroomperth to facilitate Sound & Stillness last night, I knew it was going to be potent. This is the sky that greeted me upon arrival at Heathcote, Applecross. I couldn't wipe the smile from my face . Light codes, light beings and a direct portal into our multi-dimensionality . The energy was palpable. Big shifts for those attending. I watched dense energy lift out of bodies, light codes entering open hear...ts, pain and discomfort, states of bliss. I feel deeply humbled to hold this space. A companion to healing, awakening, and expansion of the Soul. I get that you're scared. Terrified of your own light. That was me too. 01.01.2022 Beautiful friends, As we approach the dark moon, be guided by your inner senses. Follow the urge to turn inward. Gift yourself the practices that keep you soft, flexible and open. For me it's cacao, nature and pausing. Next week we embark upon Scorpio season. Our second full moon for this month, will culminate with a bright illumination at the end of October.... The next four weeks are going to show us what we need to see. It's going to be big, and a little bit ugly! This is the muck below the muck. The shame underneath the shame. The striving, hiding, denying and imbalance, that churns away in the underworld of your Soul. It's time for us to deal with the sh%t we keep buried. For now though, give yourself the reprieve of this dark moon . I know I am. I am forever grateful for the opportunity to reassess, realign and reconstruction containers that are here to hold us as we bloom . When I schedule ceremony for us, I rarely check in with the lunar cycles. Despite this, these offerings somehow manage to sync with the cycles that heal us.
