21.01.2022 I can retire the hammer now that I've finished this little masterpiece of mine. Timber's up and mats are in. I've sourced some pretty incredible mats for ya'll to practise on. These bad boys are 100% a-la-natural and biodegradable. I wanted to treat myself and students to some proper good mats and proper good these are.... ... 01.01.2022 The time has come to say goodbye. Goodbye to a space that has really started my journey Goodbye to the space that has built the confidence in me to teach Goodbye to the running water pipes and loud parking cars... The time has come to make the next step, to take a plunge and see where it takes me. Monday night was my last practise at Seychelles. For the next week I am putting all my energy into creating the right feel into this space 'The Hollow' This is a brief message to say goodbye to one chapter and welcoming in the next.
