As a rule you should avoid parallel battery strings, this has three, and you should NEVER ever mix batteries (types, sizes, age) in this configuration unless you really know what you are doing. The biggest issue of this configuration is that faulty cells/battery(ies) will actually draw current from the other parallel strings reducing the battery bank capacity. 11.01.2022 There are four main types of single phase motor, each with its pros and cons. This bore pump control box is for a start cap run cap motor. It can easily be identified by the two capacitors and potential relay. This motor type has excellent start and run torque characteristics at the cost of higher start up currents.
