22.01.2022 At the start of the season Albury Wodonga Connected Communities granted funds to Wodonga Heart Football Club to purchase a Line marking machine package to mark the lines on the Willow Park fields where they host teams from around our area. Sadly after the call for Covid 19 lockdown teams have not been able to train or play but as of last month restrictions were eased and they were able to get back on to a fully marked field to train for the rest of the season. Whilst their season was cut short, when the time comes to play competitive games again, they will be running onto a perfect field with pride and dedication.

02.01.2022 Take a look at the fabulous backyard renovations that Lavington Occasional Child Care Centre have completed using their grant received from Albury Wodonga Connected Communities!! They have planted new Lilly Pillies to create a soft hedge, created a cottage path area, and purchased some large recycled timber outdoor equipment to create a more natural outdoor space. they also plan to purchase a rainwater tank and some new sandpit equipment. We hope this space brings many years of happy play to the children of Lavington Occasional Child Care Centre.
