20.01.2022 On behalf of the Albury Wodonga Eisteddfod committee, we would like to thank you for your patience and understanding at this unprecedented time of uncertainty. The committee has weighed up all the possible options and with much disappointment, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the 2020 Eisteddfod. We thank you all for your ongoing support of this incredible event and we look forward to coming back in 2021, bigger and better than ever. All of those who have already... entered will be contacted via email in the next few days. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible, with more information in the email. Once again, we reiterate that this decision was not an easy one. We are committed to the health, safety and well-being of all our musicians, dancers, debaters, actors, adjudicators, spectators and volunteers. We are following all advice from the federal and state governments, as well as the venues. We would like to remind everyone to please stay safe and follow all government advice. And, on behalf of the entire committee, THANK YOU to all the frontline healthcare workers who are working tirelessly during this time. -AWE Committee
