The Eastern States AWE network would love to see you. A dinner has been organised after the Welcome Drinks and Awards on Tuesday 27th August at 7.30pm. Please RSVP to let them know if you will be joining them. As they need to confirm numbers please let them know if your plans change so the bookings can be managed, ...and only book if you are sure you can join. They are looking forward to seeing you, and the WA network would love to hear from you on your return. 04.01.2022 It is only two weeks until the opening of the two leading conferences on disaster and emergency management and search and rescue. The Australian & New Zealand Disaster & Emergency Management Conference will run from Wednesday 12 June to Thursday 14 June. The Australian & New Zealand Search & Rescue Conference will take place on Friday 14 June. Both conferences will be held on the beautiful Gold Coast at RACV, Royal Pines Resort. 04.01.2022 A message from our founders on the East Coast. In response to our growing membership in New Zealand and the Pacific, AWE is pleased to announce that as of 17 April 2019 we will officially have a new name the Australasian Women in Emergencies (AWE) Network. We are thrilled to be working closely with our Pacific neighbours and we are looking forward to sharing our collective knowledge, expertise and insights. New Zealand AWE Chapter Leads, Elizabeth McNaughton and Jolie Will...s will be working with the AWE Committee and other Chapter Leads to represent and promote AWE. We are very excited to be growing and expanding!
