02.01.2022 Dear valued customer, It seems there is a little confusion in regard to a two / three hr clean. If there is one person cleaning they will be there for 2 hrs If there are two people cleaning they will be there for 1 hour. If your home is large and takes more than the allocated time unfortunately I will no longer stay back for free as you can all appreciate this is how I make a living and some people think or expect everything to be done for nothing.... Nobody goes to work and works for free and I don’t think I should be expected to. So from today moving forward , a house clean includes Kitchen cleaned ( microwave included) Bathrooms and toilets Mirrors cleaned Dusting (window sills included) Floors swept , mopped and vacuumed. Anything else required will be charged as a extra. So if you need your windows, oven, ironing etc done I’m happy to do so but it will now be charged as a extra. I apologise in advance if this doesn’t suit, and understand if you choose to go down a different avenue. Thank you for not only your time but also your loyalty, And I apologise for the people who have ruined it for everyone else. Cheers Carmen
