19.01.2022 We built a nice front wall in lake lands today. We ran a condute inside one of the piers so an intercom can be installed. Once rendered it will have aluminium slate between the piers and will have a custom gate put between the intercom pier and garage wall to make it secure and enclosed.
15.01.2022 Clients fence did not meet council standards for when the pool got installed. We added another course of bricks to the existing wall and 2 courses onto the piers to make it compliant.
14.01.2022 On this job we took out and replaced a few windows ready for a kitchen renovation. Drilled rods into brick work to strengthen the new walls. Brick mesh was placed on first course over the lintel for extra strength. The owner of the house completed most of the demo.
13.01.2022 Customer is building a patio and called us to brick in one side and build him a bar out of face brick. The bar will be topped with a jarrah slab at a later date. We put a flashing on the other side of the main wall that will get glued to the concrete blocks to prevent water getting between the concrete blocks and the wall.
07.01.2022 Front fence we built in Belmont. Ready for render then wooden slates.
