22.01.2022 The circle of life!!! Back to where it all began in 87’ when I started my 25 yr career as a chef @brisbaneclub with my then Sous Chef @philip_johnson_ but this time sharpening the chefs knives and blades, which has been a regular occurrence over the past 5+ years.
