21.01.2022 Time for another update (Part 5) on our special baby Wonkey - this girl never ceases to amaze her carer!! A while ago, Wonkey started to limp and it was getting progressively worse so we called in another carer to see what she thought. The result gobsmacked her carer - 1 of her front legs was definitely shorter than the other!! Off to the Othopaedic vet to see what should be done - the answer was to get some xrays done but just leave it as it is as long as it isn't bothering her!!! We now believe she is partly deaf and has trouble with her vision in her left eye - we now refer to her as a 'Cerebellum baby' - a condition that she was born with but didn't show any effects of until about 4 weeks old.

18.01.2022 Felix is an adventurous, mischievous yet absolutely loveable character. He loves his play time and will initiate it himself. He is social with humans and other cats and will even persist with other cats who are unsure as he just wants to be their friend. He is a big purr baby who loves affection. 07.01.2022 Wonkey Update (Part 6): this amazing girl has now been desexed and flew through the operation with no problems arising. The vet did an x-ray on Wonkey while she was anaethetised- to check what has happened with 1 of her front leg being shorter than the other. It was discovered that the deformity may be painful, which we will be following up with the Orthopaedic vet again. The x-ray also showed that one of her back hips is also deformed!! However, how it is formed should not g...ive her any problems. The vet joked that with her deformities, that her little uterus was perfect!! This girl is such a character that everyone who meets her cannot help themselves but give her attention and the love that she deserves. She now loves being in the lounge room window and checking out what is going on in the neighbourhood!!! Wonkey loves to assist with any job that her carer is doing whether that be putting a cupboard together or taking cover off inside vents - she is there to lend a hand! See more

06.01.2022 Meet the most gentle, affectionate little man. (Not so little!) He is 9 years young and in great health. Possum is looking for his forever home to settle down and be part of the family. 04.01.2022 Christmas bookings With Christmas approaching fast. December is the busiest time and is booking up quickly. Don't forget to book your Pets appointments before... we close for the Christmas break. If you have any Pets going into boarding over the Christmas break and are requiring a vaccination. We advise you to call and book as we will only be taking emergency appointments the week of Christmas.
