25.01.2022 Meet Jessie Jessie is a beautiful pedigree working line red Australian Cattle Dog. Jessie will need a new owner with breed experience that will allow her to do what she was bred to do, run and work. Jessie is NOT suited to a residential home in the suburbs. Jessie is happy with other dogs too so would make a great companion to an existing dog family. 1-year-old Australian Cattledog Mix ID# 91708... / Female Beenleigh Animal Rehoming Centre Please note: The Beenleigh Animal Rehoming Centre will re-open to visitors from Tuesday, 10 November and the new hours will be Monday through to Sunday between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm.
23.01.2022 *Adopted* Introducing the one and only, Champ! This handsome young lad is looking for a home of his very own, one that will love him for the rest of his days Champ is everything you could ever want in a dog - he LOVES people, he gets along great with other dogs AND he's already toilet trained, sounds pretty much perfect right? The only thing he needs to work on is containing his excitement, because boy oh boy, when it's play time this guy is all go, go, go! ... Beenleigh Animal Rehoming Centre is temporarily closed for general access. 20.01.2022 *Adopted* Hi! My name is Ranger and I'm looking for my forever home This is Ranger and he wants what every shelter doggy wants: a warm, loving, safe and fun home! This handsome boy arrived here at AWLQ from a rural pound, lots of people have helped him along his way but he's ready to say goodbye to the staff and volunteers and find himself some humans that he can call his very own. Ranger is a fun loving dog, if you can lob a tennis ball then you will have a friend ...for life. Although Ranger is excellent with dogs out on walks and has made some doggy friends while he has been with us, he would flourish in a home where he is the only animal. He is completely toilet trained so would LOVE to be invited indoors for cozy nights spent on the couch and he also has excellent leash manners when walked on a harness, so adventures such as afternoon walkies and hikes would be so much fun! Ranger is so special to us and we want him to find his forever as soon as possible so he is our PET OF THE WEEK which means his adoption fee is now only $150, pretty cool, right?! Beenleigh Animal Rehoming Centre is temporarily closed for general access. 20.01.2022 *Adopted* Because I loooove, to love you! You've got me tied down my Honey Bee! Honey Bee is what dreams are really made of (in our eyes anyway) and we are hoping that it could be the same for you too Honey Bee is a big, gentle giant and only has everyones best interests at heart She adores everyone she meets and will do her very best to try and win you over, whether that's offering you her paw along with those big brown puppy dog eyes or a play bow to her fellow f...urry friends, she's got all the tricks up her sleeve and they sure are working! Honey Bee is looking for a home where she will be truly treasured and felt to be apart of the family! She would make an excellent companion for an older, retired couple who are looking for a friend to spend their days with, or she would still be a great new addition to any family! (especially with a doggy pal!). Are you willing to open your heart and home to a gal like ours? 09.01.2022 *Adopted* It's the magnificent Mags Mags is a sweet and quiet girl who is looking for a home that is a special as she is Being an older gal means that Mags is looking for her retirement home where she can live out her golden years, taking each day as they come and going no where fast. As long as she's got a comfy bed (or a spot on your couch), a good diet and the occasional afternoon stroll - Mags is sure to be happy. She's best suited to be your one and only pooch..., and if you are interested in adopting we will have to discuss the needs of Mags as she will most likely be on medication for arthritis for the rest of her life Beenleigh Animal Rehoming Centre has a new animal adoption process - to apply for Mags please visit https://bit.ly/3c5aLM6 Please note all animal adoptions are by appointment only and the centre remains closed to general visitors. 07.01.2022 *Adopted* What's up, it's your boy Rosco! I'm the new best pal that you never knew you needed in your life! You could call me a bit of a goober, I'm all about the good times. I really really love playing with my human pals, and fetch has to be a favourite of mine. The staff sometimes even catch me sneaking the ball back to my pen after my play time in the yard! If I could have one wish, it would be that my new home has my own special toy box that I can dig th...rough and pick out my favourites during play time. Apparently you can teach me to pick up after myself too, show me the treats and we can talk. I've made a few doggie friends here at the shelter, and I'm happy to make plenty more once I get out into the big wide world - if they're cool and collected, even better cos' I'm pretty happy just to hang about and be in each others company. People call me a "large breed" but I simply call it having more to love And anyone who says that large breeds aren't lap dogs, haven't been around a fella like me. I'm actually a cosy couch kinda guy, so if you've got an extra spot up there then count me in, but if not, it's time to get a bigger couch! If you're an outdoors person, or if you're a young family looking for that new family member to make new memories with, then I may be the bloke for you For more on Rosco www.awlqld.com.au/adopt-a-pet Rosco 4-Years Old Bullmastiff Mix ID# 86410 / - Male Beenleigh Animal Rehoming Centre See more
