25.01.2022 These past weeks have highlighted the tragic impact of the bushfires across Australia. The awpl family is heartbroken at the devastation and our thoughts are with all those affected by the bushfires. We have been inspired by the actions of companies and individuals from around the world, including our friends at WHSmith Australia In support of the bushfire relief fundraising efforts, awpl will donate 100% of profits made on Wednesday 22nd of January to the Australian Red Cross Disaster Relief and Recovery Fund. We also thank all firefighters, emergency service workers, and volunteers who have worked to ensure the safety of the impacted communities and wildlife.

Her talent, leadership skills, and relentless enthusiasm made such an impact and were a key factor in shaping us into who we are today.... Costa Kouros, awpl Managing Director, said, Wais passing has touched us deeply. Our thoughts are with her partner Kee and their family during this difficult time. Wais contribution to awpl has been invaluable. To say she will be missed is an understatement.

George had been the Chairman since 2009 and a dear friend of the company since our commencement. Many of us had the privilege to have known him, worked with him and to learn from him. George has been an integral part of awpl’s success. His talent, care for our business and meticulous commercial acumen were a key factor in shaping us into who we are today. George’s contribution to... awpl has been invaluable, and his legacy will live on in our decision making. Our thoughts and prayers are with him, and also with his wife Mary, Children Tess, Manny & Dimitri and his sister (& our colleague) Helen during this difficult time.
