21.01.2022 Oldie but a goodie The path to becoming a multi-orgasmic man is a path of feeling. I was inspired by Cam Priyadarshana Fraser the other day, so I thought I would share my view on the difference between orgasm and ejaculation.... I view orgasm as an emotion. Emotions = energy in motion. They are a movement of energy in the body accompanied by physiological processes (nervous system arousal). In this case, it’s an extremely pleasurable, vitalising and uplifting emotion. If our emotions are locked down, suppressed, if we avoid feeling, then we will be unable to experience orgasms, and this is true for both men and woman. Running parallel to this is the ability to relax, to let go and to surrender. Ejaculation is a release of semen from the testes, paired with feel good hormones and followed by a refractory period. That is, it takes time to recharge/rebuild before one can do it again. Even the most vital man will be a limp rag after multiple ejaculations in a session. Orgasm and ejaculation are often thought of as the same thing. However, you can experience an ejaculation without orgasm and you can also orgasm without ejaculation (that’s when the real magic happens!) Men are most capable of experiencing multiple full-body orgasms. Orgasms (without ejaculation) don’t require a refractory period, they cultivate the vital-force in the body, they are potently energising, they can help clear tensions, blocks and as such are deeply healing. An orgasm a day keeps the doctor away! (p.s. not a doctor) An ejaculation a day? Well, that can age you prematurely, deplete your vital-force and dull your senses. Ejaculation is a healthy process in our body, but if we do so excessively than it can become a detriment. See more

17.01.2022 To be human is to be flawed. I thought. For so long that. If I just became that. If I could just do this. ... That it would solve all my problems. That I would become supremely happy. But really it was a bandaid solution. I had insecurities. I had pain. I felt weak. I wanted to feel strong. I wanted to feel empowered. So I strived and I toiled. From a place of lack. I banged and banged up against the wall of life. Then something miraculous happened. I became okay with my shortcomings. My insecurities. My pain. My weaknesses. I became okay with my human-ness. I embraced it and I realised. That true strength. True empowerment. And true power. Come from. Accepting. Allowing. Honouring. That which is. Not that which we wish we were. See more

04.01.2022 Do you want to last longer in bed? Then don’t be a tight a$$! Tension in the pelvic floor is the first road block we encounter when trying to redirect our sxual energy upwards.... You may have heard about pelvic floor exercises and they are an important part of the process. However, if you have a tight ass (tight pelvic floor) it’s like having the pelvic floor muscles constantly engaged and tense. This tension creates a stranglehold over our sxual energy. Then as it builds it has no choice but to want to escape outwards through ejaculation. You can trigger point release the pelvic floor just like you can with any other part of the body, except here you’re using a ball or roller. For this task we need a different tool. I use a Therawand LA (long anal) and you guessed it, it has to go up the a$$. Particularly for men this area is often associated with homosxuality and the thought of deriving pleasure from it can bring up a multitude of feelings from fear, guilt to shame. Maybe it’s already your jam. Then good on you! The world is becoming more progressive, so it’s time to become more progressive with your a$$. Even if you don’t derive pleasure from the process, the practical benefits for erection strength, pelvic floor health and the smooth flow of sxual energy to and from the area are immense. If you’re keen to get started. Visualise a clock over the pelvic floor orientated towards yourself. 9 o’clock being the right hip and 3 o’clock being the left hip. The deep layer of pelvic floor muscles will sit between 1 - 4 o’clock and 8 - 11 o’clock. You can use gentle massage strokes or trigger point release by holding on painful or sore spots with sustained pressure. Do you include sacred spot work as a part of your sublimation/self-care practice? #axelrayne #axelrayneyoga #dontbeatighta$$ #pelvicfloorrelease #therawandla #sacredspot #sublimation See more
