Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of desktop problems for end-users, recommend and implement corrective solutions, including off-site repair for remote users as needed. 2. Accurately document instances of equipment failure, repair installation, and removal, as well as moves and changes. 3. Record and manage equipment sent to repair depots for equipment under warranty or service contracts. 4. Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user workstations and related hardware and software in order to deliver required deskside service levels. 5. Assess the need for and implement performance upgrades to end-user devices based on software technical specifications. 6. Receive and respond to incoming calls, service desk tickets, email, or chat regarding equipment incidents. 7. Answer to and perform moves, adds, and changes (MAC) requests as they are submitted by line managers. 8. Develop and maintain an inventory of all workstations, monitors, keyboards, hard drives, network cards, and other components and equipment. 9. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving capability 10. Collaborate with Technology team members to ensure efficient operation of the organizations desktop computing environment. 11. Where required, administer, and resolve issues with associated end-user software products. 12. When required, liaise with third-party support and PC equipment vendors. 13. Manage warehouse equipment configuration and break-fix 14. Liaise with vendor for hardware issues 15. Network topology understanding on switch/router/patch panel & VLANs In-depth knowledge on Active Directory & Windows domain 16. Candidate should possess good communication & presentation skills 17. 8 AM to 4 PM Monday to Friday (In Office) 18. 4 PM to 8 AM Monday to Friday (On-Call) 19. 24 Hours Saturday & Sunday (On-Call) Experience in a similar role 4+ years What next?
