23.01.2022 An amazing day, starting with singing together

22.01.2022 Today we made an amazing experiment during our science activity. We needed a cup, some food colouring of your choice, a plate, a candle, and something that you can use to mix something with. Squeeze one drop of each colour you chose, in one of the cups, and mix it. Then, light up the candle, and after that, put it on the plate. Then, pour the food colouring mixture onto the plate, and make sure you dont pour it on the candle. After that, slowly put the cup onto the candle, and soon you would find the cup sucking the water. When we did it, everyone had a great time.

21.01.2022 Everyday the kids learn something new, in todays small experiment, we tried combining cold water with cold water, but the cold water mixed together, we then tried to combine it the cold water and hot water, the hot water ended up floating on top of the cold water. The children were very surprised, at the same time it helped them learn about density.

21.01.2022 Easter hats making. They chose their own decor and decorated it themselves, they were so happy, also developed their hand-eye coordination skills.

19.01.2022 During the afternoon group time,the children did a fire drill practice. The kids did a great job at listening to the alarm, and being calm. They can also line up well, without fuss and they also followed all the rules.

19.01.2022 The kids loves unicorn so much, we read story about Peppas magic unicorn in the morning story time, we did cutting and pasting, and we even made a unicorn afternoon, lovely unicorn, everyone did great work, very nice.

18.01.2022 Wow, everyone was so interesting in the Chinese story Little Goat during our morning learning time. Also we had special time making a mini LEGO dog. All the kids had a little bit of help, then finished their own dog LEGO very well. During the activity, it developed their eye- hand coordination skills. Well done

17.01.2022 It was a beautiful day. We sang songs together. Today we learned a lovely Chinese children's song "two tigers". They followed the lyrics amazingly. Then we also had an Easter hunt. Knowing that some children didnt get to have the opportunity to do one. Look at the children, finding the Easter egg gave them a happy appearance. As you can see in the photos, we are a group of good children who love to do science, today we also did a small experiment called the "rainbow rain", the children really enjoyed the time of this experiment, and it really brightened their day because color makes you happy!

14.01.2022 Everyday is such a great day as we get to do so many different fun activities. Today, we made a delicious Japanese food, it was simplistic to a rice ball. Called onigili. The kids loved rolling it into its shape! After when it was done. It was so yummy, and everyone enjoyed it. The kids also practiced rolling the ball, the kids loved it so much, and it also developed their fine motor skills. In the afternoon, we made glow in the dark slime! The kids all chose purple, and we put shaving foam inside to make it fluffy! It was so much fun, and it was a great activity to make the day even better! What a fantastic day!

13.01.2022 During our morning learning session, the kids were learning Chinese. All of them were very engaged in learning new words. During the afternoon we did a science experiment tilting the can. The kids where very curious on how it is possible to keep the can tilted. They tried doing it themselves but it just kept on falling. So I added a little bit of water into a empty can and slowly tilted the can. All the kids where amazed, and had a go themselves. They had a lot of fun tilting the can without having it to fall.

12.01.2022 Developed children's concentration and fine motor skills through our afternoon group time, by doing a fun paper cutting activity. It was a really fun and intriguing session, everyone can have a go!

12.01.2022 Today, we made bracelets. We used colourful beads, and pipe cleaners. The kids had so much fun making it. Also developed their motor skills. In the afternoon, we did science, we did an experiment. We used water and put food colouring in, after that we put ice inside it, and oil too. Now the ice is in between the oil and water. The children were very fascinated in the science experiment. All the kids wanted to do more science , so we did another experiment. We blew out candles without directly blowing at it by using the top half of a recycled bottle and a balloon. The kids were very interested in blowing out the candles. What a great day!

11.01.2022 kids made a lava lamp today! Poured 1/4 cup of water in a cup, then poured 1/2 cup of oil into the mixture, patiently waited for the oil and water to separate and put in approximately 10 drops of food colouring. We waited for the colours to sink into the water, then put in an effervescent pill and the colours started exploding like a lava. The kids was very engaged and fascinated, and wanted to make more.

10.01.2022 Today during our fun group time, we made paper stars , the children had so much fun. They learnt a new origami, and got to keep it. They had a great time folding and making. What a great day!

10.01.2022 Today, to share our chocolate experience we made chocolate chip cookies. The kids contributed in making it and had lots of fun. First, they poured in the baking sofa, egg, caster sugar, brown sugar and butter. I electric mixed the ingredients before putting in the flour. The kids really enjoyed hand mixing the dough when the flour and chocolate chips were in. They said that it felt like play-dough and that it was very fun to knead. We put it in the oven and when it came out, it tasted splendid!

04.01.2022 Although we are not able to participate in any excursions due to the pandemic, it does not affect the happy and pleasant day, from our hand-painted flowers in the morning, to the play-dough making in the afternoon, the children enjoyed it very much. I hope everyone can be as happy, and healthy everyday as we are.

04.01.2022 Look at our smart kids, they are such good learners, they’re always learning very seriously during our learning time. They are also amazing designers, today we did crafts with matchsticks, and used their imaginations, see all their amazing artwork they made fountains, houses, cars, diamonds, and shapes....how creative! During our experiment time in the afternoon, we did a little experiment called the egg jump into the water, we used a cup, cardboard and an egg, it’s really easy and a fun activity to try. They all did very well. From the experiments, they learnt that objects would stay at rest unless an external force is acted on them. So in the experiment, the egg wanted to stay still. When the cardboard was removed instantly, the egg lost its balance and fell into the cup due to the force of gravity. What an interesting experiment!

03.01.2022 Today we sang and played happily together, and we did the childrens favorite science activities, making orbeez. Allowing every day to be full of sunshine and happiness.

03.01.2022 Since its nearly spring, the children and I decided to grow a lemon tree. We dug a hole and placed it inside, we made sure we gave it lots water. It was a wonderful experience and they all had a great time doing this amazing activity. We hope it would grow soon so we can see the development. We had a wonderful time today.

01.01.2022 The experiment session for rainbow making on 20/4

01.01.2022 In todays science time we did travelling water. Travelling water is a very simple science craft that uses 2 cups, string, tape and food colouring if you want coloured water . Fill one cup with some water, and dip the string enough to make it wet, and then dry the string. Put tape on one end of the string, and attach it to the bottom of the empty cup. Using your finger hold the other end of the string approximately 1 cm away from the edge in the cup filled with some water. Slowly tilt the cup with water on an angle above the empty cup and the water will follow the string and flow into the empty cup. During the experiment the kids had a lot of fun each having a go, and was very curious on why the water followed the string.

01.01.2022 This afternoon, during science session, we made colorful jelly balls. The children were very fascinated and interested during that time.

01.01.2022 Another day filled with fun activities! Today we did a Halloween craft, the kids said: look, we made a ghost family . What a interesting little bunch of kids . The children’s love to explore during our experiment time, today we used a piece of tissue to stick two cups together. All the kids enjoyed this time.

01.01.2022 Today we did many different activities throughout the day. In the morning, we sang songs together and read a book, and the kids really enjoyed it. Also we did a Mothers Day craft activity during the afternoon . The kids cut out a vase and their hand painting and turned it into flowers. Hope everyone is able to have an enjoyable day, and give a big thanks to your mother on Mothers Day.
