Don't dismiss it but allow for these waters to flow freely, without any need for analysis. It might make little sense to the mind when the emotions of an old story resurface for a short moment in time...but the deep waters of our hearts know best. There is such beauty in feeling the rawness of our tender hearts. Don't block the sacred streams. They are the holy elixir clearing the way through the mountain range of our past stories. 15.01.2022 Coming from a family where sarcasm and yelling was the norm. This response was natural for me. But after learning that its not the norm and how damaging it can be on young people, ive had to slowly teach and unprogram myself. Its been a journey, and I'm still not perfect. But I catch myself now. I know straight away when I've slipped back. And I now apologise when I know my words have been harsh. I don't have to be a perfect parent, but I do need to be responsible for my actions and what I'm passing onto my children.

15.01.2022 YONI STEAM I did my first Yoni Steam Ritual today. What a beautiful offering to honour my womb space. I truly loved performing this ritual, using the organic herbs and instructions I was gifted a little over a year ago from my beautiful friend Ra from @hinehealing. After 2 natural births and 5 miscarriages, my womb has been amazing but been through Alot. And this healing steam felt so needed and perfect today. ... 04.01.2022 I'm feeling some Big energy today. I'm all over the place really. Shedding some big tears, then fine 10mins later. I would describe the feelings similar to pms, but I'm not! I've got that inner voice telling me to just go with it, feel it, own it. It will shift soon enough, and what ever transformation is taking place within me will unfold in it own time. I asked my guides to send me a sign that all is as it should be. I then walk outside to find this beautiful butterfly... right at my back door. Love this journey See more

04.01.2022 Oh my baby boy. Not really a baby any more but will always be the Sunshine in my life. My pregnancy with him started a massive healing, awaking journey. So many layers of my life (well life times really) had to be unlocked and digested for the healing to begin. I seeked help with a gorgeous woman/birth educator named Rhea Dempsey during my pregnancy. And this gave me the understanding of what was taking place, what was ready deep within me that needed attention, love and nur...turing. That little girl inside of me needed to be seen, needed to be listened too and deeply needed love and security. I had to learn how to hold her, how to love her deeply and not let her fall. She had been so strong her entire life, she was exhausted and needed to soften and rest. This was when I was able to step up for her, as I birthed my children I also birthed the mother I was meant to be. And being a mum is my greatest pleasure in life. To hold space for my little ones as they grow and discover themselves, to create a loving, peaceful home where they can thrive and know they are safe. This is My Purpose in life, I was born to create change, to break the chain and cycle. Its not finished yet, but i have come a very long way and I'm in it for the lond haul. So watch this space as I continue to reveal the life lessons that have made me who I am, and why I'd choosen to become an energy healer, yoga teacher and hold Sarcred Spaces for women and children.
