24.01.2022 AYF Pegor and Badani Khanasor are pleased to announce that our Car Wash for Artsakh has raised $8250 for the Hayastan All Armenian Fund! A special thank you to... Hagop Balian and Garen Balian for providing a professional car wash service for our fundraiser and Tania Torossian for volunteering her time and face-painting services, your contributions immensely helped our fundraising efforts! We would also like to thank the engerouhi's from Ars Arax Chapter Sydney for providing delicious sweets on the day! Lastly, a massive thank you to all the individuals who attended the fundraiser, your support has helped raise much needed funds for the families displaced in Artsakh

19.01.2022 The very talented Engerouhi Silva Karakhanian has painted this beautiful piece during Artsakh War based on artist Vana Kevorkian’s (Discovervk) original design. The hands represent the hands of God, the pomegranate and Tatik Papik monument are symbolic of Armenian lands and people. The painting was auctioned last night for $6000 at the ANC Banquet! ... 19.01.2022 ANTO’S PIZZA RAISES $21,000 FOR ARTSAKH On Monday night, the team at Anto’s Pizza, with the help of AYF members, held a Pizza for Artsakh Night where all money raised from orders and donations would be donated to the Himnadram. Thank you all for your generous contributions, in particular Mr and Mrs Alec Tchaprazian who donated $10,000. As well as Anto’s Pizza for organising such a successful event! ... Their ultimate sacrifice to the holy altar of freedom and independence will never be forgotten. You have all shown the world that the Armenian race is always ready to fight and struggle to defend its Freedom and Independence. As AYF Australia members, we have vowed to continue your Holy Struggle until the Armenian nation completely liberates all occupied territories and the establishment of a FREE, INDEPENDENT and UNITED Armenia.

Dear Compatriots, The solidarity and unity displayed by Armenians globally and most impressively in Australia is something which we should forever be proud of, however the efforts do not stop here as there is still much to do. The pain and emotion which is currently consuming our souls as a result of the Artsakh war is amplified as we are survivors of numerous attempts of ethnic cleansing. We have learnt over centuries the will of our existence. No matter what difficulties we face, our unique Armenian spirit will prevail. At this difficult time, we must all remain united for the betterment of Armenia and Artsakh as this is the only way in which the Armenian collective can harness its strength, intellect and resources for a stronger and united Armenia and Artsakh. We are a resilient, strong and proud race. We may be troubled by the unknown, however, we must use our characteristics to turn the climate into one of action, actions which benefit Armenia, Artsakh and the Armenian people. ARF Australia will continue and always serve our community and is ready to assist with the rebuild of our nation and assist its citizens and we ask for all organisations to unite and collectively serve our people and nation. The time for action is now, we must continue the great effort of our community to care for the injured and displaced, we must respond to the humanitarian needs of our brothers and sisters and most importantly continue to donate to help those that are in need. We pay respects to our fallen heroes and those who have suffered injury. Our nation and people need us more than ever. There is strength in unity let’s all remain steadfast and united.
