25.01.2022 Do you have a bath at home? Get some Magnesium Bath Flakes, have it nice and hot then soak for a minimum of fifteen minutes. You’ll have the best sleep of your life and your muscles with thank you

23.01.2022 If someone has a pimple on their back you can bet there will be a knot or a trigger point close by . This is due to toxins present right up to the skin level. Fascinating! Is there any other popaholics out there?

15.01.2022 Addition to massage playlist

15.01.2022 Here with Brisbane Lions players Darcy Gardiner (distant cousin from Geelong) & Lewis Taylor (born in my home town of Hamilton). The team kept myself and seven other therapists very busy. Loved it!

15.01.2022 Dear community, during these uncertain times due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic I’ve made the decision to temporarily cease practicing for the foreseeable future. The health and safety of my clients, our loved ones and the wider community is my main priority right now. Let me express my deepest thanks to you all for your continued support over the last 4 and a half years. I was so green when I started out with corporate massage and now I’ve grown and learnt so much f...rom you all. Rest assured I will be back as soon as I’m able. Committed to providing an exceptional massage experience here in the heart of Launceston. In the meantime I’ll bunker down do some extra study, hug my dog lots and clean out that cupboard I’ve been avoiding. I will keep you posted on my reopening, so stay tuned. When this is all over, we will all need a bloody good massage! Be kind to each other and yourself Warmest regards Ayla x Aka (the massage lady) Cute image @littlearthlings

14.01.2022 Have you ever considered filtering your drinking water? Or maybe now that you're working from home you're only drinking tap water? Factoring in that we're made up of about 60% water why not invest in drinking cleaner water to keep us functioning optimally. Unfortunately not all water from the tap is pure. Damaged or rusty pipes, microscopic contamination and chemicals used to clean the water can be found in trace amounts. There are many filters that can be applied t...o your tap water in your home or a great idea is this simple stand up filter like the one I have in the clinic. See more

14.01.2022 Namaste everyone! Here I am today softening some shoulders with the Bhutanese community

10.01.2022 Addition to massage playlist

08.01.2022 Muscles cramping catches us out sometimes when we least expect it. Everyone is different but try some of these tactics as they may help to avoid cramps; I know it’s cold and wintery and you may not feel like it but try to increase your water intake Stretch Have a massage... Get a little salt in your diet. If you get caught out with a cramp aim to lengthen the muscle using a gentle, sustained stretch then lightly massage the area until the cramp subsides
