16.01.2022 ***WORKSHOP UPDATE*** We’ve been pretty quite on here lately, the last month has been crazy working on the shed till around 10pm each night trying to get it finished, the electrical install is all but complete now, the wash bay has been prepped and gets concreted on Monday and the main shed has been acid washed and today the first coat of sealer went down. Second coat tomorrow then 2 weeks and all the gear can go into place and the last bay can be washed and sealed. Hopefully... by that point the power will be just about done and production can commence is this incredible new workshop! I have to say a huge thank you to those who are patiently waiting for their jobs. It’s very stressful knowing I’m not getting work done but once this beauty is finished life will be much easier and the jobs will fly out. 2 weeks waiting for the sealer to cure certainly will help me catch up on the jobs though!

08.01.2022 Here’s a few jobs that have been completed over the last couple of months while I’ve been busy getting the shed powered up. 900x900 fire pit with adjustable hot plate Set of 4wd rims with the offset increased by 25mm and bead lock rings fitted and then re-powdercoated thanks to Shepp Powdercoaters... Alloy fuel tank in a ‘57 chev And a new drawer for the single cab 79 completed last year, the owner opted for a 1.6m draw to replace the 1m draw. The tray has also now been powder coated in black ripple and looks great. Thanks to Steve Elephant Design Engineering for helping out with the folding of the bigger parts while I wait for the new Amada to get powered

08.01.2022 Couple more jobs out the door. A 25L auxiliary fuel tank for a generator under a motor home and a few mods to this brand new tiny. Couple of grab handles up front, dash panel, battery tray in the bow for a deep cycle battery, one in the rear for a starter battery, drain holes in the spray tray, mounting plates for seats and a rear step on the transom built from scratch. A quick workshop update, the power is booked in to be connected on the 15th of this month which will make the shed operational and shortly after Baker Renewable Energy will install the big magic boxes AKA flux capacitors AKA inverters and super capacitor and we’ll get the 3 phase gear fired up aswell. This means come new year ACF will be in full swing (finally) and the big jobs that have been waiting patiently can get under way!

02.01.2022 It’s finally happened! On the 15th of December the power was connected to the new workshop and over the Christmas break the big move took place. Most of the fit-out is complete, just some racking and finishing touches to go. The 3 phase capacitor system is meant to be installed next week meaning the press brake, lathe and milling machine will be up and running finally and all systems will be go. Thanks again to all those who have been waiting patiently, your time has come, th...e job list is now being worked on. Here’s some pictures of the workshop and a few of the jobs that have gone through it so far. Looking forward to see what this year brings!
