19.01.2022 Header pipes i made for Arends 1928 Ford pickup a while back. They have been on the car for a while now and still look as good as this. Note i didnt do the final welding on these the owner did i just made them up to the final weld stage

17.01.2022 It seems to be cast aluminium week this week. Finished a big repair on this Shovelhead transmission case for Will and started on the repairs to my own Triumph crank cases

16.01.2022 Just finished these pipes for Lincolns machine. It was a fun one

15.01.2022 Received my shirts today. I asked Jed from Hard C Industries to organise them and i couldnt be happier with how they turned out. If anyone is interested in getting shirts made i highly recommend Hard C Industries. Thanks also to the boss Alice Davies for coming up with the logo design its perfect. If anyone wants one ive got a couple left so let me know

15.01.2022 I love my old Bridgeport mill

14.01.2022 This last week I straightened Garys BSA Bantam frame. It had a fair bend in it and the rake angle was out by a full 4 degrees. I had to replace a section of the top tube because it was kinked. Turned out pretty good I think

14.01.2022 I think the old girl might be up for a top end rebuild and i might weld up those cracks in the heads while Im at it. Good day for a ride though

12.01.2022 I was given the great honour to make some custom Dunstall style pipes for Roy at Roy Kilgour Triumph. The bike is a Triton (Norton featherbed frame- Triumph motor) They had to be custom made because the engine has been tilted forward 10 degrees. They also had to tuck in as close as possible so the feet and gear/brake levers clear them. Should be a stylish, fun bike with handling and performance to match the looks. Wouldnt mind a Triton myself.....or a Laverda Jota

11.01.2022 Finally making a new muffler for my FXR

10.01.2022 Thanks to Simon and the team at Twin City Powder Coaters Wodonga for applying the hi-temp powdercoating to the exhaust on my old Panhead. I repaired a few issues beforehand and a few touchups on the heat shield and stainless tips followed by a good polish has got the old girl lolking pretty good .. at least in the exhaust department

10.01.2022 If youve been on the fence about wanting something made - new pipes, hot rod parts, upgrades, motorbike parts etc - now is your chance. Ive got some time up my sleeve so get in touch for a quote

09.01.2022 Heres a few exhaust systems ive done over the last little while

09.01.2022 I made this old timer for a christmas present for someone last year

08.01.2022 Was given this frame for repair by a good friend. It has had a hard life and alot of rough modifications. Repairing it back to stock will be well worth it

06.01.2022 Knocked up these 1 3/4" (up from 1.5") exhaust pipes for a Harley Street 500 the other week. The owner wanted them black so they were high temp powdercoated by Twin City Powder Coaters. They gave they bike a much better sound with the internal baffles and look the part on the 500. The owner planned to remove the stock exhaust mount and modify the rear brake pedal

06.01.2022 A couple of Street Blob exhaust systems done this week. One off to the electroplaters for Damian and one off to get cerakoted for Carpo

06.01.2022 Ive been spending a bit of time working on a 1969 Harley Davidson FLH for my number one customer... myself! Its been sitting for 3 years until today when she got a -full service -new oil lines - rebuilt s&s super b - bit of a wiring tidy up.... Next on the list is a full stainless exhaust, custom air cleaner, bit more tidying and maybe a repaint.

06.01.2022 I was asked to make this old hardtailed shovelhead frame usable. It had many dodgy modifications, it was bent, twisted and the hardtail had been welded on very very poorly and crooked. I was also given a pair of original style cast axle plates to install on it while i was going, then it was powdercoated by twin city powdercoaters to finish it off

05.01.2022 Another set of Street 500 pipes nearly ready to got to the powdercoaters. I just to need to make and weld in the o2 sensor bungs and theyre ready to go

05.01.2022 Fixed up these cracks in Swords shovelhead rocker boxes the other day, they were enough for oil to spray out everywhere under pressure. Milled the bad out, welded it up, machined it to shape, drilled and re-tapped the npt thread. Good to go

05.01.2022 Ive just made and installed these short shot styled pipes for Narins Harley Street 500. High temp powdercoated black by Twin City Powdercoaters. Thanks for the referral Will Smart

05.01.2022 Heres a set of pipes ive made over the last few days for Phils 1969 XLCH. I very much enjoyed making these exhaust pipes for this great old bike. Its going to be a fun machine

03.01.2022 Just now finished tacking up these 1 7/8 stainless steel headers for a friends little A model pickup. Its fitted with a very cranky small block so the large size was needed to let it breathe. Didnt make it easy to route them around everything in a tiny A model engine bay that needs to be able to have the bonnet shut. Now to remove them and weld em up.

03.01.2022 Welding cast iron- always fun

03.01.2022 So i managed to stop riding this new FXDR long enough to make some BIG bore pipes for it. What a machine

02.01.2022 This last week I straightened Gary's BSA Bantam frame. It had a fair bend in it and the rake angle was out by a full 4 degrees. I had to replace a section of the top tube because it was kinked. Turned out pretty good I think
