24.01.2022 Customer testimonial: Stephanie R (from Victoria) "The AYO glasses have been very helpful for me and have now become part of my daily routine. They have a noticeable impact on my alertness during the day. They have also been useful in adjusting my natural wake time to earlier in the morning and therefore making me feel sleepier, earlier. This has become an important part of my toolkit to manage chronic insomnia". Thank you Stephanie for sharing your feedback with us
23.01.2022 A Harvard study to help understand how blue light therapy affects sleep. Using AYO in the morning helps to reduce the production of melatonin and enhance alertness. Reducing exposure from artificial lighting before bedtime, allows your body to produce melatonin. AYO assists you to easily reset your circadian rhythm, improve your quality of sleep and reduce daytime drowsiness.
23.01.2022 Is this you? AYO helps to adjust your circadian rhythm, getting your sleep cycle back on track. Light therapy glasses, worn for as little as 20 mins each morning.
19.01.2022 AYO is featured in the current British Airways ‘Business Life’ Magazine. They are also featured on airlines KLM, Swiss Air, Singapore Airlines and later this year Cathay Air! Way to go AYO!

15.01.2022 Dr Andrew Bradbeer is the lead physician and medical director at Sleep Health Group, working as a specialist in respiratory and sleep medicine in Western Victoria and the South East of South Australia since 2004. He reminds us all of the need for exposure to light in the early part of the day and how AYO can assist with your circadian rhythm and your sleep quality.

06.01.2022 Customer testimonial: Matt F, Tasmania - July 2019 The glasses seem to be really good quality, very nicely engineered and well thought out with the sensors and charging setup.... I’m wearing the AYO now. They are very very good to wear, they’re light, stay in place and don’t stop me for the morning routine. The children have barely made any fun of me and my wife is using them too. Charging case is really good. It took me a little while to get used to the app, I’m using the energy program. I’ve noticed I wake up much more clearly, without the usual hour or more of muddle headed irritability. I’m cautious it might be placebo, but I’ve also had a noticeable lightening of mood - not deep or dramatic but significant. Feels a bit like summer or Darwin.(I doubt its placebo, it’s distinct) - August, 2019 I’m very glad I’ve got the AYO. I think it’s been very very effective for me. It has clearly made the fatigue and excessive worry of winter much less. I’ve also been falling asleep very easily. I half expected a bit of placebo effect, but the effects are surprising and not what I imagined. For example I find it easy to dismiss things rather than dwell, and noticed I am not struggling with kids’ bedtime like I was. It’s not just the lightening of mood as I was expecting (though it has done that). It’s easy to use, and doesn’t get in the way of the morning routine. I don’t bother with most of the app functions, just run the energy program each morning. So many thanks, I’ll be using it long term for at least the darker months!
06.01.2022 Something close to my heart. Narcolepsy was only diagnosed for me, just over two years ago. It was something I had tried to manage for most of my life, with my excessive daytime sleepiness, brushed off by doctors as, what do you expect, you have three children and work full time???. Since my diagnosis and treating my symptoms through a sleep specialist, my Narcolepsy is quite well controlled with my AYO. Life doesn’t have to be such a struggle every day.... Help my family (two children also diagnosed), give attention to this well under diagnosed condition and help others learn that their symptoms are real and have a name! https://project-sleep.com/worldnarcolepsyday/

03.01.2022 With the morning temperature dropping to -2 deg, it's a battle trying to wake up and not snuggle back down to sleep. Currently working on bringing my waking time, to a little bit earlier. Day 3 with AYO. 'Adjusting my circadian rhythm'.
