23.01.2022 Wow, what a weekend we have ahead for all in the Burdekin. The Water Festival is on this Saturday 7 September. The fabulous Mardi Gras will start at 5pm and finish at 10pm. 23.01.2022 Wow, this weekend is alive with cane fires, cultural fare and cane cutting competition. Tomorrow, Thursday 30 May is the start of the cane fires at the Home Hill Showgrounds. On Friday 31 May a Cultural Fare will be held adjacent to PCYC McMillan Street, Ayr. Saturday, 1 June will be the cane cutting competition in Home Hill. While indulging in all these activities, a must see would be the Ayr Nature Display. The display is closed on a Monday. Open Tuesday to Sunday from 8a...m to 5pm.
