22.01.2022 Why I crafted this course? If you are tired of a life going through same rituals again and again and want to break that cycle of existence then this course will show you how to apply the archetypes of the three ayurvedic doshas( life forces) to your body, mind and soul to help you wake up every morning with enthusiasm for facing the day. Many of you know that I am an ayurvedic practitioner.... Ayurveda (5000 years old Indian system of medicine) has a holistic approach to health. The Purusha (Being) that is treated is a combination of body, mind and soul. There are two recommended pathways of Yukti (logical, physical) the clinical approach of medicine and Daiva (spiritual) therapies ( which have got lost over time) Ayurveda recognises the qualities of mind-satva, rajas and tamas- and explains treatment for psychosomatic diseases. I have seen may people apply the principles of ayurvedic nutrition and daily routine to maintain good physical and mental health. Then there are those that embrace the sister science of yoga to feel physically and mentally fit. A few delve deeper into the subtle anatomy of chakras. Many are following the meditation pathways. But did you know that Ayurveda supports moksha- enlightenment- also? In my training as Intuitive guide and spiritual director, we explored the deep-seated subconscious beliefs, some of whom are an echo of the patterns repeated again and again. And our work is to correct the Error of Perception One of the three main reasons for diseases to manifest as per Ayurveda is -Pragyapradha which is error of perception. So with so many people embracing Ayurveda for physical and mental health and yet feeling trapped in their lives, feeling lost and confused as to their purpose and continuously missing out on a state of being of flow, this is the key ingredient missing. The gems of daivavyapashraya chikitsa the divine spiritual therapies of exploring the soul not only assist in accelerated healing as my clients will testify. But it also opens the doors to self-realisation. And going beyond living like a hamster on the wheel- regardless that the hamster is healthy and aware- to finding their purpose as a cocreator of life. And like it always is, the beauty of Ayurveda is that the basic principles can be applied to bring transformation here too. As you have seen me apply it to meditation Meditation style based on ayurvedic body types. We can apply it to the spiritual laws too. What is accomplished by doing this? We can see clearly the balanced and imbalanced qualities and rectify them based on principles of Ayurveda. In this course I bring it all together. It is not your round of the mill learning course where you ingest info, get done and forget about it. This is a practical hands on time where you can apply the learning straight after the class and can begin to see changes in your life. PM me for more info: Conscious living with Ayurveda

22.01.2022 If you struggle to sit in stillness for meditation and feel frustrated or keep saying I cant do meditation, it isnt for me then knowing the meditation style best suited for vata (air and space ) body type will help you to create the stillness and experience you want to create. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Meditation is often misinterpreted as an active doing exercise wherea...s it is a state of being. A state of awareness of what is occurring in the space of our physical, mental plane. We hold space for thought forms and patterns to arise from the depths of subconscious so we can witness them and clear them. There are many ways this can be achieved. Knowing your ayurvedic body type helps to choose the unique technique best suited to you. I am sharing here the example of vata-kapha combination. Ms vata kapha can be calm in life but the minute she sits for meditation the mind goes into the overdrive. It is hard to maintain the stillness and she is unable to keep sitting for even short two minutes. Based on body type the best pathway for her is to engage and exhaust the vata (excessive air movement) first. Once the vata(movement) peaks and its energy is exhausted, it automatically collapses creating a natural stillness and silence within. Starting with movement that is the domain of vata, ---begin with chanting repeating a mantra or affirmation in cyclic patterns of out loud, whisper and in silence in mind again and again, ---moving the body with dancing, along with music, if you have enough space to do so (think of the mesmerising sufi dancers. ---Or using pranayam {prana -essence of vata}to keep the conscious mind centred on breathing technique And allowing the kinetic energy of active concentration and effort to build up to a peak. Till it reaches a pinnacle, exhausts itself and simple falls down into a deep stillness and silence. Now you can enjoy the space for compassionate witnessing of the self. I am so excited to have a module on my upcoming course dedicated to finding the best meditation practice for you. To be able to understand the philosophy, build a supportive practice, and experience divine in your heart. Along with knowing more about your body type and its influence on your health, emotions, career path, relationships, spirituality. Does this excite you? pm me if you would like to know more about my course.

20.01.2022 Anxiety is not an enemy but a friendly ally, showing us where our work lies. Think of every negative human interaction as a file. Every time someone makes you feel angry, sad, fearful etc. you collect a file. The human tendency is to ignore the information because we wish to avoid pain at all costs. These files are all stored in say an office cabinet within our subconscious. There will be a time when the cabinet will start to overflow. This is the beginning of anxiety - whe...n it reaches the tipping point and when the addition of one more file causes everything to topple over, that is a panic attack. So our work lies in consciously exploring these files one by one and releasing the residual emotional charge that was accumulated not only by the initial triggering situation but that added on by continuously thinking about that painful situation again and again. It is not a path for the faint-hearted, nor is it a one-time effort. Anxiety is an invitation to be on a journey of self-exploration and finding the self-worth and self-love within. Are you willing to be on such a journey?
