20.01.2022 From the first time Ash could crack an egg and mix a bowl of anything, she was destined to enjoy baking as have those who have partaken of her freshly baked goodies. Baking for Ash also became an invaluable distraction for her when she was diagnosed with Childhood Leukaemia. Ashleigh is a survivor and thriver from this journey including undergoing a Bone Marrow Transplant at age 6. Ash found a niche in the Hospitality courses at The Gap State High School. She began baking ...for a local hairdresser which lead to an opportunity to working with the owner of Farmhouse Café (ranked #1 Café by Courier Mail 2019) baking biscuits, slices and protein balls. As an addition to this she developed a specialised line of dog biscuits to sell at the cafe. These dog biscuits have become her sole focus as she has branched out from Farmhouse to starting her own business with her assistance dog Aztec. We hope you'll enjoy them!
