21.01.2022 A cab size azurite sun specimen showing detailed crystallisation structures. The radiating azurite spokes were unique to an area in the up dip drive in the hanging wall. Enjoy.

18.01.2022 Having survived our mining season, we are presenting a wide range of new mineral stock at the Gemkhana on weekend 28th to 29th September 2019 at Hawkesbury Showground near Windsor. Hope to see you there.

16.01.2022 Remember when we thought there would be no end to high quality orange scheelite crystals coming out of Xuebaoding mountain in China? Most of us were too flippant to realise quality specimens only last so long. This personal collection survivor (I can not keep them all) consists of a solid piece of over 12 terminated co-joined scheelite crystals. 10 X 7 cm cab size, no dings on display terminations. Message us for price etc. Am taking this piece to the #scheelite # xuebaoding #crystals #orangecrystals

13.01.2022 Cabinet size azurite sun specimen showing sharp surface structure of the azurite sun. Matrix determines the orientation of the azurite sun. Price US$280.

03.01.2022 Quite a surprise this azurite sun specimen mined beneath the Southern Cross in Central Australia. I can not emphasise too much how this specimen closely replicates the star pattern of the 5 stars of the Southern Cross or Crux when it presents with an incline in the southern hemisphere. The southern most brightest "star" is at the bottom left hand side of the specimen and is Acrux, and the northern most star in the top right hand side is Gamma Crucis or Gacrux. The left sid...e star/sun of the cross is Mimosa, or Beta Crux or Becrix for short and the right side sun is Delta Crucis. The 5th internal star/sun is Eplison Crucis, now formally renamed Ginan after an Aboriginal Wardaman tribe myth. Ginan is close to trueposition. See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Epsilon_Crucis Specimen is 13 cm wide and 12 cm high. From Malbunka Copper Mine, Aranda country, Central Australia. Very good back and matrix base. Contact me on messenger if interested in acquisition. #azuritesuns #Malbunka #mineralspecimenmining #centralaustralia See more
