23.01.2022 We are excited to announce our partnership with La Trobe University to manage the expansion of their cloud hosted Energy Monitoring and Demand Management system. The project will see over 80 buildings across their Melbourne, Albury-Wodonga, Bendigo, Mildura, and Shepparton campuses integrated into the central system so they can all be monitored and controlled from one place.

19.01.2022 An amazing start to the AFL season for AZZO watching our developments take flight on 5 screens at the opening games, powered by Schneider Electrics StruxureWare Power Monitoring and PowerSCADA Expert platforms for the energy management and power distribution of Melbourne Cricket Clubs world-famous Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) stadium. AZZOs latest PME/PSE apps were especially tailored for operational monitoring of switchboard loadings, cost centre tracking, plant optimiz...ation, power quality fault and disturbance detection, demand management/peak load smoothing, historical modelling/benchmarking, alarm setpoint learning, and of course, the control and monitoring of those enormous light towers! It was simply the power of data to information put into the hands of the facilities team tonight and was an honor and a (brilliantly fun!) privilege to watch this shine! Unforgettable!

James DiLiberto & John Azzollini pioneered this solution for Schneider Electrics EcoStruxure platform - the vision has now been a reality for almost 5 years, beginning at the dawn of popularized cloud-solutions.

15.01.2022 AZZO would like to congratulate our Engineering Team Leader Matt Watson on achieving the Certified Energy Manager (CEM) credential. Matt is the latest member of... the AZZO team to receive this certification and we know he will ensure we stay committed to the highest levels of quality in energy management. The CEM is the global standard for qualifying energy management professionals, and to gain the designation you have to demonstrate high levels of experience, competence, proficiency, and ethical fitness in the energy management profession. We are proud of Matt and are confident the skills he learned during the program will be of huge benefit to our clients.

13.01.2022 Congratulations to the AZZO team on winning the 2017 SA/NT NECA Excellence Award in Energy Efficiency and Environment for the University of Adelaides Health & Medical Science project, where we designed and implemented an energy and demand management monitoring & control system for multi-tiered load shedding, generator protection, and power curtailment, as well as energy efficiency optimization, electrical distribution animated visualization, power modelling, and energy dashb...oarding/reporting to track performance. The solution was developed on Schneider Electrics flagship #EcoStruxure Power Monitoring Expert software platform and ION metering with custom software extensions, PLC programming, and power quality monitoring/analytics, along with integration into switchgear, backup generator and BMS control systems by other trades. Its the first of many solutions in the pipeline of a similar calibre and we are thankful to be recognized by NECA National for AZZOs the extensive efforts to make this project a reality - from pre-planning, to design, implementation and continuous engineering/support. Special thanks goes out to Jason and Philip for a brilliant tag team effort to lead the team to the finish line and to Nilsen our managing electrical contractor.
