21.01.2022 HELLO EVERYONE Fitness isn’t easy starting out, I know first hand. It can be frustrating and hard, I’ve lived it myself. My entire adolescence was surrounded with Doritos, MacDonalds and Ice Cream. I was bullied for my weight which caused me to eat even more. Until my brother Chris inspired me to change my ways and become more healthy, I started off slow by just playing more sports. Soon enough my diet slightly changed, I started going to the gym and falling Involve with fit...ness and I am beyond happy with my results and looking foward to the future.
