10.01.2022 Ive been waiting a long time for this. I wanted to do it right, so this process took me two months but now I have everything in order. I have my insurance, a First Aid certificate, Im a member of Fitness Australia with up to date qualifications. Of course I could have just gone to a park, but for the safety of you and my location I did everything the correct way. ... So if your thinking of joining a boot camp in a local area just make sure they have everything in place to make sure its a fun and safe environment for you to train in.
06.01.2022 !!!!!Attention All Half Squatters!!!!! The reason most people cant squat ass to grass is that theyre too tight. Tight hip flexors, tight I.T bands poor ankle and calf mobility. Did you know you should spend the same amount of time on mobility than you do training ... Yesterday I wanted to train but I felt really tight from the days training before so I listen to my body and done some foam rolling instead. And today I feel great its amazing what some self-massage can do to improve your mood and mobility. Down below are some tools I use to keep me flexible and mobile.
