25.01.2022 Couple of huggers for gp bikes

24.01.2022 Do not use Transdirect! They will pick up your parcel, assert that you have under-declared its size and weight and bill you after they have already collected it. In this case they are saying i got it wrong by 50%! Our workshop measures things to 1/100th of a mm, we dont get it wrong by that much . Anyway, buyer beware

24.01.2022 the lovingly restored kr1 engine is in its home. How cool are the powervalve linkages coming to lites racing soon!

21.01.2022 Tony brought his little xl70 around to the workshop th is afternoon. After 3-years of work, its finally registered and out and about. Dad got all of the electrics working, and we sorted the paint. How can it not bring a smile to your face

18.01.2022 We have not posted much recently because we have been working on a new process. We are now able to resin infuse our carbon parts, and have started building our mould catalogue to suit. These aprilia rs250 self supporting seats weigh just 1kg . More news soon

16.01.2022 A massive thanks to Dan from DSR moto for the stonking deal on our foot-pegs for next season. Its people like Dan that make it possible for us to support 6 lites competitors next year, and keep the costs down to something affordable.

15.01.2022 We have been building stock before taking on a commission that will keep us busy for the next 6-8 weeks. We have: Cbr250 mc22 Honda nsf250r (SOLD)... Honda rs125 2004+ (SOLD) Honda rs125 1990 Suzuki rgv250 vj21 Price per set is $599, or $649 with front guard

12.01.2022 Some carbon nf4 stuff we boxed up over the weekend

10.01.2022 It’s been a long, hard slog to get this little kr1 engine ready to race. Mike has done a wonderfull job to turn a crate full of parts into a complete, fresh engine. Parts are a nightmare to get, but the effort is all worth it when it’s sitting on the bench. Another 250cc proddie racer heading back to the track in Tasmania

10.01.2022 At the track, Archie is on the tools for pop.

10.01.2022 The first lease bike prepared for action this weekend, at the final round of the Tasmanian road racing championship. A big thanks to Jason for supplying two of his hondas to the fleet, and Dad for all his help in maintaining them.

06.01.2022 We now have moulds to produce the nf4 Honda rs125 radiator shrouds. $69 in glass or $129 in carbon/carbon Kevlar.

06.01.2022 We are selling the last of our carbon nx4 tanks. We built 4 for our asbk campaign in 2017. I finished assembling this one 2-weeks ago, and it weighs in at 700g. It is the only fuel tank out of the 4 to remain in a natural carbon finish. We've moved to moto3 now, and its a waste sitting on the shelf. Price is $899... SOLD PP

03.01.2022 A set of our mc19 raceglass being put to use at the historic nationals over the weekend. We have these in stock

02.01.2022 A cancelled order means that we have a full set of cbr250 mc22 race fairings in stock, ready for immediate shipping. If you are chasing a set, give us a yell.
