Never tried it before or you would like to deepen your current practise? bYoga with Clare has a weekly session at the Kingscliff community hall every Tuesday at 8.45am. The class is suitable for beginners through to advance. We practise Hatha yoga within a vinyasa flow. Its a great opportunity to care for yourself along with connecting to members of the community and our beautiful Kingscliff foreshore.

14.01.2022 b YOGA with Clare Christmas Timetable. The community hall closes from 18th December and reopens on 14th January. Last class is 18th December and first class back will be the Tuesday 15th Jan.... I will continue my Friday classes from the beach with exception of Friday 28th December. The beach class is located on the grass north of the bowls club, and starts at 8.30 Friday mornings. The location of the hall gives us a wonderful opportunity to see the sun, in all its Glory, gradually rise for the day. The yoga practised is Hatha Yoga, suitable for all levels and abilities...
