22.01.2022 Beds R Us East Tigers Academy working hard in the gym last night at Shalom. The acadmey boys do S&C with me on Monday from 4:30-6pm. They start with MAS conditioning and then head into the gym for 3-4 exercises. Today was 3x5reps. @easts_tigers @darmel212018
