20.01.2022 It takes no skill to make you feel the burn. Anyone can make you do jumping lunges alternated with jumping squats every 30 seconds until your legs are sore. Or do 5 different variations of bicep curls. You’ll go home and think wow what a great workout, my legs are sore and you’ll proudly tell your trainer that the session was really hard.
