25.01.2022 #ThrowbackThursday to TEN years ago (no, we can't believe it either!) We're so lucky to have always had the continued support of our great friends at A-dec UK and a decade ago a fabulous bunch of them took to their bicycles and rode 151 miles from Whitehaven, on the west coast of England, across to Tynemouth on the east coast. Their efforts benefited four charities close to their hearts and it was a privilege to be one of them. If you'd like to do something similar to raise funds send us a DM and we can help you out with setting up a fundraising page and some fundraising ideas!

15.01.2022 #ThrowbackThursday to this time last year and 'graduation day' for the Clinical Officers. We had an inkling that it might be our last training programme for a while, but I don't think any of us really thought then that the virus we were hearing about would turn into a global pandemic? While we've had to adapt and change how we're working we are still very much committed to the work we do in Tanzania and Malawi. The development of the e-learning platform strengthens and supports our 'on the ground' training and will be an enormous benefit and asset as we move forward through 2021 and beyond.

06.01.2022 #ThrowBackThursday to the days of trade shows and conferences! The days are long, the nights are super fun, our feet, throats and bodies ache by the end of them BUT we miss doing them and hanging out with all our friends so much. One day we’ll all be together again and remember not to complain one single bit!
