17.01.2022 Holy moly check this driveway out the boys completed last week in Kyneton 150mm cut from Finish surface level and filled back with class 2 cement treated rock and laser graded 50mm below surface level and compacted 50mm thick of asphalt supplied and placed which was a total of 101tonnes ... The Role * Member of our Asphalt Paving team that contributes to the successful delivery of our projects * Ensure work sites are operated safely in accordance withB.A Road Services Management System * Assisting foreman with day to day running of asphalt crew to achieve project targets * Contribute to the effectiveness of the team through role modelling and productive personal behaviour * Assist foreman with toolbox meetings, risk assessments and capture of project specific information The Person You? * Likes people and builds relationships * Friendly and responsive with ‘can do’ / ‘problem solver’ approach to work * Calm in handling and resolving site challenges * Flexible, adaptable and open to new methods * Strong attention to detail and likes to get things right * Physically able to undertake the role there will be a pre-employment medical * Energy, drive and enthusiasm are givens * Encouraging an environment of sharing knowledge and ideas to ensure continuous improvement within the team.
