21.01.2022 This design was prepared for Encompass Community Services. The brief was to develop a new educational facility in Leopold (The Paddock) for students of various backgrounds, age groups and abilities. The facility is flexible enough to cater for a number of educational programs and future extensions. The surrounding site will be developed to educate users on the principals of permaculture. The building design aims to include and engage students in the learning experience by blu...rring the boundaries between the inside and outside classrooms. The building design is also in keeping with the principals of green architecture, adopting rammed earth walls, roof gardens, water storage tanks, solar panels, wind turbines, bio-swales, permeable paving, recycled materials, double glazing, passive hydrothermal air conditioning, passive cooling and cross ventilation.

20.01.2022 This fire station and regional office in Mildura was designed for the Country Fire Authority. The brief was to design a functional and flexible building which incorporated a 4 bay Motor Room for the delivery of emergency services to the region. Together with the CFA regions administration offices. The brief required the development of a building form which was low maintenance and traditional in nature to be in keeping with the local neighbourhood character.... The project includes rain water storage tanks for the filling of trucks, toilet flushing and vegetation.

18.01.2022 Project Location: Ocean Grove Date Completed: Design Phase Client: Burchell Constructions Pty. Ltd.... Project Value: $0.6 Million This is a new project commissioned by a private developer. The brief was to design two residential units on a tight and narrow site. Each unit is double storey with 3 bedrooms each. Open plan living spaces have been located to maximise solar gains, and to open into private landscaped courtyards. The built form and selection of materials are based on achieving a sea side aesthetic, and meeting a fixed budget.

13.01.2022 This design was prepared for the Moyne Shire Council. The brief was to develop a number of design options for the construction of a new Restaurant, Fish & Chip Shop and Fresh Fish Shop at the Port of Port Fairy. The design options will be presented to the community of Port Fairy for discussion and selection.... The building is flexible enough to be extended either horizontally, or vertically, and to allow both shops to be operated by one tenant, or two tenants. The brief also required the development of an architectural aesthetic which was respectful of the local maritime history, and heritage buildings located in Port Fairy.

11.01.2022 Project Location: Wangaratta Date Completed: 2015 Client: St Johns Village... Project Value: $13.5 Million This project was designed for St. Johns Village Inc. The brief was to design a 45 bed aged care facility with administration services and a commercial kitchen which would all be constructed in a staged sequence to ensure the existing facility could remain operational at all times during construction. Although modern in its approach, the architectural built form compliments the existing buildings on the site.

07.01.2022 Project Location: Mildura Date Completed: 2015 Client: Department Of Health / Mildura Base Hospital... Project Value: $6.8 Million This commonwealth funded initiative was to provide accommodation for visiting clinicians and students to further enhance Mildura Base Hospitals reputation as a teaching hospital. This project was designed for Ramsay Health (Mildura Base Hospital) and the Department of Health. The project brief was for a 2 storey residential complex with 37 Units on a narrow site with private and shared courtyards, a multi-purpose room, laundry and car park for Clinicians and Students of Mildura Base Hospital. The project procurement methodology was via a Document and Construct tender process.

06.01.2022 Project Location: Wangaratta Client: Rural City of Wangaratta Date Completed: 2011... Project Value: $1.9 Million The brief was to develop a multi-purpose facility with maximum flexibility to cater to the needs of various sporting clubs and community groups. The facility included football and cricket change rooms, a gym, multi-purpose room, kitchen, offices, and public toilets on the ground floor. A first floor viewing terrace was also included. The built form is sympathetic to the existing buildings surrounding the site, whilst still communicating a distinct character.

05.01.2022 Project Location: Charlton Date Completed: 2014 Client: East Wimmera Health Service... Project Value: $22.7 Million The reconstruction of the Charlton Hospital is an important initiative following the devastating 2011 floods. Baade Harbour were commissioned by the Victorian Department of Health to design the new Charlton Hospital for the East Wimmera Health Service. (EWHS). The project incorporated significant siteworks to the build above the 2011 flood levels, 15 beds (13 aged care & 2 acute beds), medical clinic, primary care services, support services, helipad & a new ambulance station.
