11.01.2022 510 19 3/4 2 3/8. . New personal board. It has been a while since I have designed a board having specifically my own surfing in mind. Not saying at all that I have outgrown my fish, but lately I have felt the need to fill a gap in my quiver. I find myself to really feel connected with my twin fin fish especially in clean surf. But I have kinda grown addicted to the extra foam and the responsiveness that a flat deck allows for without compromising too much on the the o...utline and the rocker line. So this board is the result of some meditations of late. Entry vee into double concave into vee. Intermediate rocker line. Vee step deck (?) nose to tail and refined rail foil. Thruster set up. I discovered this set of @glidefins, which are pretty much a thrusterised 2+1 and that I think are a perfect match for what I have in mind. Even though this board incorporates different elements of my fish and thruster, in my view its its own thing. Just gotta find out if it works I guess.
