10.01.2022 Massive News!!! After 6 years we have just sold the Gym!!! We would like to congratulate Brodie Bennett the new owner of Specialized Strength & Performance whic...h will now be trading under Specialized Performance and Recovery as of the 1st of January 2020. Since opening 6 years ago we have really enjoyed running Specialized Strength & Performance and would like to thank all our current and past members who have trained with us. I will still be heavily involved with Brodie and the team at Specialized Performance and Recovery providing first class Strength & Conditioning programs for Athletes from all around the region. With future plans for expansion I feel that Specialized Performance and Recovery will sure be the best training and recovery facility in country Victoria. Get over to Specialized Performance and Recovery and like their Facebook page. Once again I would really like to thank all our past and current members and Football/ Netball clubs who have been with us on this great journey and look forward to seeing you all in the gym in 2020.
