25.01.2022 So cleaning everyones houses, mine well what can I say? I needed a cleaner in mine to help keep on top of things. So typical lol Well I invested in a Samsung cyclonic auto robot vacuum omg it has made such a difference. Oh and my husband knows how to push buttons so he can use it also. My son loves it this morning he woke and said morning Robot ... Happy floors, happy mum, happy wife happy life. Lovely weekend to all xx

10.01.2022 Looking for a "finisher"...... someone who can do callback work after a vacate inspection.... usually a few hours work mostly detail cleaning ..... it's fairly easy. all equipment supplied and will be on-call approx one job per fortnight.... message for further details

10.01.2022 Well.... i realise how bad news can travel quick especially in a small town..... In December i took on some desperate for a vacate cleaner one who has taken me down a very stressful path and when i was supposed to be holidaying i agreed to more work to help people..... looking back i should have declined the work and taken my holidays .... i ended up in hospital with an infection due to stress and not looking after myself and my children missed out on having time with me fo...r their holidays... On top of that one of my previous employees went on a bender with my work vehicle that i had to get back with the help of local authorities .... .. fast forward to present time.... i have had to take on another job to pay bills as some invoices arnt paid to the effect of $2000+ and as a single parent , with no partner that is a lot of money to be without during the holiday period which i am now supposed to take legal action in my spare time to get the money.... Recently, I employed a young local girl through one of the employee agencies to help her and her family and have employed other young people vying to earn money to purchase their own personal effects amd help support their families.... this is the heart of my business to help people..... I feel slightly under attack lately because of the transition period taking a bit longer to settle and unexpected circumstances arising...... eg: health not 100%, impending cyclone, moving house, unpaid invoices, new job, my worker stuck in Perth along with the usual expected circumstances, bills, school costs etc etc...... please bear with us in this transition and don’t buy into the hype that can be created by people looking to bag a small local business, as we have supported many local fundraisers amd you g people in difficult circumstances, some anonymously and we are always looking for ways to give back to the community.... we have had more success stories than the current hearsay and will continue our work studiously..... any queries please contact me via messenger.... It has been a pleasure building a solid base and reputation, and make special mention to those who have been with us since the start.... you know who you are..... To give you all a bit of history about myself, for those that don’t know me directly, I spent the best part of 15 years as a real estate property manager, I enjoyed the challenges from day to day, however after this length of time it takes its toll, it was a thankless job and extremely stressful. It was time for a change , what to do? ... Well this is where I turned things around in my life mentally and physically and haven’t looked back. I have a dear friend who lost her fight to Breast Cancer and I wanted to do something to make a difference in her honour. So I started this cleaning business to raise money, bring awareness and make a difference. I am blessed and humbled at the support I receive from each and everyone of you. I to am a survivor and if I can make 1 person aware of this terrible illness and they sort help then I have made a difference. My grandson has just gone into maintenance and he is my hero. For those of you that are fighting, my prays are with you and your family. For those that have won, take each day as a blessing. For those that lost, you fought hard and strong. 06.01.2022 As I sit and ponder the past 12 months and look forward to 2020. My heart and thoughts go to all those that have been struck by tragedy with the bush fires over east. To the heros that are battling the fight of the fires, to the lives that have been lost and the homes and land lost. My prayers are with you all.

06.01.2022 Today marked a change in my life and has made a huge change in another special ladies life and her family. I have officially handed the reins of Claires Cleaning Services to Ruth. I will be returning to Perth in the New Year and was keen to leave the business here in Karratha where it all started and the reasoning as to why I started it up in honour of Leahs memory and her fight against breast cancer which she sadly lost her battle. ... I have recently purchased this business and I look forward to upholding the high cleaning standard set by Claire Land who is continuing to support myself on this new role. Sorry but carpet cleaning is no longer available at this time however I can recommend other local services and an addition is outdoor/garden maintenance on a lighter level.
