25.01.2022 Painting your roof can transform your whole property. Make sure your tradesperson thoroughly pressure cleans the surface, uses a quality sealer to make sure the paint sticks and does at least 2 good coats of quality paint (make sure it's a high quality product). The harsh Australian sun means using the best post products is a must. We use Dulux Acratex Roof Membrane as it's a top quality product. You also need to ensure they tell you whether they are including the flexipointing (seen in the 2nd image) in their quotation.
