21.01.2022 Yeaterday our little village gathered to love, play and eat. Kell is still feeding us, however it's now from her own kitchen at home that will soon be Nourished by Kell. Kell will very soon be open to cook your dinner/lumch/healthy snack or sneaky treat too! Rose xx

17.01.2022 I have written this so many times in my head but I think it is time to start doing rather than just thinking. The direction this page is going in is NOT for everyone, nor is it intended for those who aren’t interested so PLEASE if this is not for you unfollow us and stop reading, however if you’re up for a little love and laughter watch this space it could be entertaining. We want to share a lot of who we are and the things we do/places we visit that help us to be the bes...t mothers/people we can possibly be. When we had to close our beloved café, (This story is for another day) Melinda and I promised each other we would (be ok and) continue to do what we love support and help people. We have hidden away for a while and I know I personally put it in the too hard basket emotionally. But today, well today I feel inspired. I feel inspired by strong women who struggle behind closed doors or in the open. So here we go If you haven’t heard for DynamiCardio in Lilydale then it’s time for some research ladies yes, it’s a gym and yes, they have a nanny to watch your babies while you spend time making a better you. But OMG DC is so much more than that. Beaux, the owner/founder is one of the most inspiring, kind, honest, freakin amazing, all round best people you will ever meet. When I walk into the gym I feel happy and welcome. Besux has had a shit week. One of her babies is unwell but this morning she jumps up on that stage and smashes out an amazing class, for that 45 minutes she doesn’t let the massive class, stolen toilet paper or her personal stuff stop her from helping us get the most out of our time at DC Beaux as always is there for us, for you. This is my shout out to you Beaux Glenn and my thank you for what you have created and for who you are. Ive been trying to think of sonething I could do to help you this week that your beautiful village isn’t already doing, I thought maybe a bucket filler and a little share might help? Not just you Beaux but maybe someone reading this who needs a special village in their life.. If Dynamic Cardio sounds like you kind of place get down there and give it a go. Now that’s done I will sit down with my crazy kid and try to enjoy ‘The Wiggles’ AGAIN. Have ab amazing weekend. Talk soon Rose xo

09.01.2022 Yesterday I got my fortnightly veggie box from Tessa's Harvest Box. I actually can't recommend this service enough. I barely ever have to walk into a produce department at the supermarket anymore and I'm not even abour to pretend I have time to get to a fruit and vege shop. The produce is so freah and lasts ages Thanks for saving my time and sanity You guys are the best Love Rose xo

04.01.2022 Today we got to drop in to see our gorgeous friend Heather at Spirit2U. She gave us her time, love and some bucket filling stuff we needed. We got to 'Spin the Wheel' which was annoyingly accurate #alittleangryattheuniverserightnow and we were sent away with crystals to help our hearts heal.
