16.01.2022 *BABY SENSORY CLASS LEADER REQUIRED** Baby Sensory and Toddler Sense Perth NOR is looking to recruit a new Class Leader to deliver our award-winning classes! Ou...r programme comprises of Baby Sensory, designed to nurture and support development in babies from birth to 13 months of age; and Toddler Sense, designed to keep children aged 13 months to 3.5 years busy, active and stimulated by offering a magical, multi-adventure experience in a safe and happy environment. We are looking for a Baby Sensory class leader to work predominantly from our Gwelup location but with potential to work from other locations. It is a part time role, comprising of approximately 15-20 hours over 3-4 days from term 1 2021 but with shadowing and training in term 4 this year Experience within the early learning sector or prior working with children is an advantage, but not essential, as full training and support will be provided. You will be trustworthy and reliable, a quick learner, able to follow instructions and lesson plans, organise music, set up and pack away equipment, greet parents and children, and be responsible for ensuring the equipment and venue is clean and presentable. As a Class Leader you will: ~Be able to run classes on required days. ~Have a natural love and passion for the development of babies ~Be bright, bubbly, warm, friendly, approachable, gentle and enthusiastic. ~Be assertive and able to keep the class running smoothly, giving everyone the best possible experience. ~Be a great communicator and be available to parents as necessary with a listening and non judgemental ear ~Be highly motivated and able to work using your own initiative.
